ancaman pidan 6 (enam) bulan dan/atau denda

dua juta rupiah).

Jual-Beli
Menurut Pasal 1457 KUHPerdata, perjanjian jual
beli adalah perjanjian antara penjual dan pembeli di
mana penjual mengikatkan dirinya untuk menyerahkan
hak miliknya atas suatu barang kepada pembeli, dan
pembeli mengikatkan dirinya untuk membayar harga
barang itu.
b. Pemahaman Kaidah-Kaidah Hukum
Pemahaman terhadap kaidah hukum ditandai dengan menghayati
isi hukum yang berlaku seperti memahami tujuan hukum yang
mewujudkan ketertiban dan keamanan bersama.

c. Sikap terhadap Norma-Norma Hukum
Perilaku ini ditunjukkan dalam bentuk penilaian terhadap
norma-norma hukum berupa nilai baik dan buruk terhadap
kaidah-kaidah (aturan-aturan) hukum. Misalnya, pencurian
termasuk dalam perbuatan tercela karena merugikan orang lain.

d. Perilaku Hukum

Perilaku hukum ditunjukkan dengan perbuatan menaati aturan-

aturan hukum yang berlaku dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Sebagai
warga negara yang baik, salah satu kewajibannya adalah mematuhi
aturan perundang-undangan. Perilaku menaati peraturan
perundang-undangan merupakan kewajiban setiap warga negara,
tidak terkecuali para pelajar. Perilaku menaati undang-undang yang
wajib dilaksanakan oleh semua orang di antaranya adalah sebagai
berikut;
a. Memiliki akta kelahiran.
b. Mematuhi aturan berlalu lintas.
c. Menyukseskan wajib belajar pendidikan dasar.
d. Tidak melakukan tindakan yang melawan hukum.
