KATA PENGANTAR

Bismillahiromanirohim...

Maksud dari pedoman Instalasi Rawat Inap (IRNAP) yang disusun oleh tim, tidak
lain untuk menjadi bahan acuhan atau peganggan dalam pengorganisasian dan
pelayanan keseharian dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan agar tidak keluar dari koridor
yang telah ada.

Karna pemberi layanan rawat inap merupakan aspek pelayanan public yang
berhubungan langsung kepada penerima layanan kesehatan baik kepada pasien
maupun kepada keluarga pasien selama pasien tersebut dilakukan perawatan
diruangan rawat inap dalam upaya pemulihan kesehatan seperti sediakala agar
dapat melaksanakan aktivitasnya sehari-hari secara mandiri.

Dimana dalam pemberian layanan diruangan rawat inap ini tidak terlepas dari sisi
kemanusiaan baik secara hukum perdata, pidana dan terhadap Allah SWT.

Pedoman ini kiranya masih jatuh dari kesempurnaan, dikemudian hari akan terus
dilakukan penyempurnaan demi tercapainya tingkat kepuasan penerima layanan
kesehatan maupun pemberi kesehatan, dan secara umum mendukung terjadinya
peningkatan derajat kesehatan yang optimal.
