Puji syukur kami panjatkan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, yang telah

memberikan kami kesehatan dan kesempatan sehingga kami dapat menyusun dan

menyelesaikan laporan praktikum Pengelolaan Hama dan Penyakit Terpadu ini

dengan baik dan tepat pada waktunya.

Ucapan terima kasih tidak lupa kami ucapkan kepada semua yang telah

berpartisipasi dan membantu kami dalam pembuatan laporan ini. Khususnya

kepada para asisten praktikum Pengelolaan Hama dan Penyakit Terpadu terutama

Mba Noviana Prastyani yang telah mengarahkan dan membimbing kami dalam

melaksanakan praktikum.

Penyusunan laporan ini sangat jauh dari kata sempurna, untuk itu kritik dan

BIODATA PRAKTIKAN

Penulis dilahirkan di Jakarta pada tanggal 18 April 1998

sebagai anak ke-1 dari 3 bersaudara dari pasangan Bapak

Muzakir dan Ibu Tri Sulestiawati. Penulis bertempat tinggal di

Jalan Kebon Kacang 41 No. 2 RT 014/08 Tanah Abang,

Jakarta Pusat 10240 dengan nomor handphone 087883630110

dan murtirahmi@gmail.com.

Penulis memulai pendidikan tingkat dasar di SDN Republik Argentina lulus tahun

2010, kemudian melanjutkan ke jenjang tingkat menengah pertama di SMPN 40

Jakarta lulus tahun 2013. Jenjang pendidikan menengah lulus tahun 2016 di SMAN

35 Jakarta dan saat ini penulis sebagai mahasiswi Program Studi Agroteknologi

Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.
