pembedahan Sectio Caesarea pasien memperoleh anestesi spinal. Anestesi spinal mempunyai
efek hipotermia pada pasien. Kejadian Hipotermia pada pasien yang menjalankan anestesi
spinal sekitar 33 – 56,7 % (Oyston, 2014).
cairan infus hangat. Pemberian cairan infus yang dihangatkan bertujuan untuk
mempertahankan temperatur inti tubuh.
infus hangat yaitu 15 menit pre operatif, intra operatif hingga 5 menit post operatif. Pemberian
Background - Caesarean section is a surgical procedure by opening the abdominal wall and
uterine wall to give birth to the fetus (Maryunani, 2016). Based on medical record data at IBS
Wongsonegoro Hospital Semarang in May 2019 patients with Sectio Caesarea were 60
patients. Sectio Caesare is carried out with the aim that the safety of the mother and baby can
be handled properly, in the implementation before the Sectio Caesarea surgery is carried out
the patient receives spinal anesthesia. Spinal anesthesia has the effect of hypothermia in
patients. The incidence of hypothermia in patients who run spinal anesthesia is around 33 -
56.7% (Oyston, 2014). Hypothermia if not treated will cause heart rhythm disturbances,
tachypnea, bleeding and also shock. To prevent intra and postoperative hypothermia from
occurring, warm intravenous fluids are administered. The administration of warmed
intravenous fluids aims to maintain the body's core temperature.
Objective - Provide an overview of nursing care in patients with risk problems for
perioperative hypothermia in Sectio Caesarea patients at the Central Surgical Installation of
RSUD K. R. M. T Wongsonegoro Hospital.
Method - This type of research is a descriptive method aimed at getting a realistic and objective
picture of a particular condition that is happening. The number of samples needed is 3
respondents.
Discussion - Interventions carried out on managed patients, namely patients given warm
infusion therapy, namely 15 minutes preoperatively, intraoperatively up to 5 minutes
postoperatively. The administration of warm infusion therapy is done by placing an IV tube in
an Animac device that has been electrified. After the infusion fluid is warmed up the convection
mechanism occurs, the heat will move by means of moving particles from the infusion which
has been warmed into the liquid / blood (Buggy, 2014).
Conclusions and Suggestions - The results of the case study show that giving intervention
using warm infusion fluid therapy is quite influential in maintaining and restoring the body
temperature of Sectio Caesarea patients at the time of pre, intra and postoperative.
