The problem in this research is Work Readiness Students . The purpose of this
research is the untuk know the influence of the liveliness of the freedom of
Association and an interest Read against the Work of students of Faculty of
Economics State University of Medan Force 2017. This research was carried out
in University The country field is located on the road William Iskandar Market V.
This type of research is expost facto with sampling techniques using purposive
sampling with a quantity of the sample of the research that is as much as 96
students. Data collection instruments in this research is the interview, observation
and question form or questionnaire. Test research instrument using the test
validity and reliability are done using application software SPSS version 23. Data
analysis techniques used include: test of normality, test linearity, multicollinearity
test, heterokedastisitas test, multiple linear analysis, determination of the
coefficient and test hypotheses, namely: t-test and F-test that uses the software
SPSS version 23. multiple linear regression calculation result is Y = 3,334-0
821X,1+ 0, 729X2 While t test results show that the partially liveliness has
influence on freedom of Association positive and significant work against Italy
with a value tcalculate< ttable (12.321 < 1.660) at 95% significance level α = 0.05, or an
interest read positive and significant effect against preparedness work with t >
tcounttable (< 2.152 1.660) at significant level 95% or α = 0.05. F test results showed
that the reading interest and organize the liveliness have significant influence
towards readiness work with a value of Fcount> Ftable (129.025 >3,04 ) and the value
of significance α (0.000 < 0.05). The results of this study demonstrated that the
accepted hypothesis i.e. There is a positive and significant influence may organize
against a work readiness and interest read influential positive and significant
work-readiness against both partial and simultaneous.
