13 years old boy delivered to primary health care by his family with complaints of fever
since 4 days ago. Complaints accompanied with severe headache, nausea and vomiting.
Rash spreads in all over his body since yesterday. The patient had been taking medication
for fever but the body temperature remains high. The doctors diagnose the patient had
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The primary health care staffs surprised, knowing that
DHF is occurred in their areas. And suddenly became panic although the patient is not the
first patient suffering from DHF in this primary health care region, because two days ago one
health worker tell if there is a citizens that hospitalized due to DHF

3 years old girl delivered to primary health care by his family with complaints of fever since
4 days ago. Complaints accompanied with watery red eyes, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
Rash spreads in all over her body since yesterday. The patient had been taking medication
for fever but the body temperature remains high. The doctors diagnose the patient had
measles. This patient is not the first patient suffering from measles in the region this primary
health care. Four days ago the health worker had been reported that there is another citizen
that got measles. Measles surveillance program show that in 3 weeks in a row there has
been increased numbers of measles disease. There are 37 new cases of measles from
January to September, and two patients had been reported died because of this illness. This
case attacks residents within 11 months to 4 years old. The populations in the primary
health care area are 10.345 people with the number of children under five years old are 877
inhabitants.
