Studi kasus 1 : Budi, baru bekerja dua tahun di sebuah perusahaan manufaktur. Ia diserahi
tugas di bagian produksi khususnya terkait dengan perencanaan produksi dan menghitung
kapasitas. Ia banyak berhubungan dengan bagian logistik, maintenance, pembelian dan
keuangan. Ia lulusan Sarjana Teknik mesin dari salah satu PTN di Jakarta.
