untuk menyapa atau memberi salam dan berpamitan atau
mengakhiri sebuah percakapan.

Greeting digunakan untuk memulai pembicaraan,
biasanya disebut salam/sapaan pembuka.
Dalam percakapan sehari-hari greeting penting
diucapkan atau digunakan untuk tegur sapa dengan
orang lain ataupun sekedar kata pembuka untuk
memulai obrolan atau perkenalan.
PENGGUNAAN GREETING
Dalam penggunaan, greeting dibagi menjadi 2 tergantung situasinya.
