Latar Belakang : Kehamilan remaja merupakan isu penting yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian karen
a usia remaja masih tergolong usia berisiko untuk hamil dan melahirkan. Petugas pelayanan kesehatan
di Puskesmas Penajam telah melaksanakan progam PKPR dimana berpotensi menurunkan angka keha
milan remaja yang telah dijalankan melalui posyandu remaja. Progam pelayanan kesehatan peduli re
maja (PKPR) melalui konseling, penyuluhan kesehatan dan kegiatan lainnya diharapkan dapat berma
nfaat bagi remaja.
Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan pelayanan kesehatan peduli re
maja (PKPR) dengan perilaku pencegahan kehamilan remaja di di SMK Pelita Gama.
Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode
cross sectional. Yang dilakukan pada bulan September – November 2021. Dengan jumlah sampel 128
responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Pengukuran variable dilakuk
an dengan menggunakan kuesioner.
Hasil : Ada hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku
pencegahan kehamilan remaja Hasil uji statistik Chi square diperoleh ρ value = 0,002 (pada α<
0,05). Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelayanan kesehatan peduli remaja (PKPR) dan
perilaku pencegahan kehamilan remaja hasil uji statistik Chi square diperoleh ρ value = 0,486
Kesimpulan : Progam PKPR sangat bermanfaat bagi remaja. Progam PKPR memang dibuat khusus
untuk remaja untuk mengatasi segala permasalahan yang dialami oleh remaja

Background: Adolescent pregnancy is an important issue that needs attention because adolescence is
still a risky age for pregnancy and childbirth. Health service workers at the Penajam Health Center h
ave implemented the PKPR program which has the potential to reduce the teenage pregnancy rate th
at has been carried out through the youth posyandu. The Youth Care Health Service Program (PKP
R) through counseling, health counseling and other activities is expected to be beneficial for adolesce
nts.
Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and adolescent c
are health services (PKPR) with adolescent pregnancy prevention behavior in Pelita Gama Vocation
al School.
Methods: The research design used is quantitative research using cross sectional method. Which was
carried out in September – November 2021. With a sample of 128 respondents, the sampling techniqu
e was cluster random sampling. The measurement of the variables was done by using a questionnaire.
Results: There is a significant relationship between knowledge of reproductive health and adolescent
pregnancy prevention behavior. The results of the Chi square statistical test obtained value = 0.002
(at < 0.05). There is no significant relationship between adolescent care health services (PKPR) and
adolescent pregnancy prevention behavior. Chi square statistical test results obtained ρ value = 0.48

Conclusion: The PKPR program is very beneficial for teenagers. The PKPR program is specifically
made for teenagers to overcome all the problems experienced by teenagers
