INTISARI

Pusat Koperasi WARIS(Warung Indonesia Surakarta) adalah salah satu contoh

koperasi dagang yang membeli gas pada SPBE dan menjual gas tersebut ke pangkalan-
pangkalan yang menjadi rekan kerjanya. Sistem akuntansi pembelian dan penjualan
adalah salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh Pusat Koperasi WARIS,
karena dengan menggunakan sistem akuntansi pembelian dan penjualan yang baik maka
dapat meminimalkan resiko-resiko serta kecurangan yang biasa terjadi pada sistem
akuntansi pembelian dan penjualan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui
penerapan sistem akuntansi pembelian dan penjualan pada Pusat Koperasi WARIS.

Sistem pembelian dan penjualan gas pada Pusat Koperasi WARIS meliputi
prosedur yang hampir sama dan tidak hanya melibatkan satu fungsu saja. Sistem
pembelian dan penjualan menggunakan beberapa dokumen dan catatan akuntansi. Sistem
yang digunakan pda Pusat Koperasi WARIS masih menggunakan sistem manual.

Pada akhirnya penulis memberikan kesimpulan bahwa sistem akuntansi

pembelian pada Pusat Koperasi WARIS sudah baik, sedangkan sistem akuntansi
penjualan masih lemah, dikarenakan masih terdapat kecurangan dengan cara menaikan
harga persatuan tabung. Penulis memberikan saran kepada Pusat Koperasi WARIS untuk
memperbaiki sistem yang masih terdapat kecurangan pada sistem akuntansi pnjualan.

ABSTRACT

“WARIS” Center Cooperative (Warung Indonesia Surakarta) is an example of

trading cooperatives that buy gas in Central Gas Station (SPBE) and sell that gas to small
bases which has become her partner. Purchase accounting and sales accounting systems is
the most important thing that must be considered by WARIS Center Cooperative.
Because, with using a good purchase accounting and sales accounting systems will
minimize risk and fraud that usually happened in purchase accounting and sales
accounting systems. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the application of
purchase accounting and sales accounting systems in WARIS Center Cooperative.

Purchase and sale of gas system in WARIS Center Cooperative covering almost
the same procedure and does not involve only one function. Purchase and sale system
using some document and accounting notes. The system have been used in WARIS
Center Cooperative are still using manual systems.

In the end, The writer give conclusions that purchase accounting systems in
WARIS Center Cooperative already well, while sales accounting systems still weak,
because, still happened cheating by increasing the price of gas per one tube. The writer
give opinion for WARIS Center Cooperative to improve the system that still happened
unfair in sales accounting systems.
