Follow these steps to replace the imaging drum.

1. Open the print cartridge door.

2. Open the front cover.

3. Lift the two levers that hold the imaging drum.

4. Remove the old imaging drum.

5. Remove the new imaging drum from the packaging. Place the used imaging drum in
the bag and box for recycling.

6. Remove the protective shield from the new imaging drum.

   CAUTION: 
To prevent damage to the imaging drum, do not expose it to light. If you need to
keep the imaging drum outside the product for a short period, cover it with paper.
 
Do not touch the green roller on the imaging drum. Fingerprints on the imaging
drum can cause print quality issues.

7. Insert the new imaging drum into the product.

8. Lower the imaging drum levers.

9. Close the front cover.

10. Close the print cartridge door.

When you close the print cartridge door, the Print Cartridge, Ready, and Attention
lights flash. Allow up to three minutes for the product to calibrate.

Tutorial Service Drum Unit HP Laserjet CP1025

 Dalam kasus ini dari user banyak yang me
ngeluhkan hasil cetak pada printer HP Laserjet Color CP1025 bergaris dan juga serbuk
toner berserakan didalam printer. hal ini disebabkan salahsatunya Drum Unit
bermasalah ( toner dalam drum unit penuh ). Karena penuh tersebut  sparepart pada
Drum unit rusak seperti OPC Drum, PCR, dan Wiper Bladenya. Maka dari itu perlu
adanya service / maintenance rutin agar awet dan tidak mudah rusak, apabila sudah
terjadi kerusakan maka harus dilakukan service bahkan pergantian sparepartnya.
berikut cara memperbaiki drum unit HP CP 1025 yang bermasalah:

1. Buka cover depan pada printer dan ambil Drum Unit

2. Lepas Baut pada sisi samping kanan dan kiri drum unit ( Lihat gambar dibawah )
3. Lepas Endcap samping kanan dan kiri drum unit ( Lihat gambar dibawah )
4. Lepas OPC Drum, PCR & Wiper ( Lepas wiper blade dengan melepas 2 baut dengan
obeng plus )

5. Bersihkan / buang toner sampah yang ada didalam drum unit itu dengan vacum
cleaner / compressor ( lihat gambar dibawah )
6. Bersihkan semua sparepart ( opc drum, pcr, wiper blade, cassing drum unit )apabila
diperlukan pergantian spareparts tersebut, langsung diganti saja agar hasil cetak
maksimal dan performa printer bagus. (lihat gambar)
7. Pasang kembali sparepart tersebut sesuai posisinya.

8. Pasang drum unit ke dalam printer. ( ganti chip bila diperlukan )
