SAMBUTAN
Kecamatan Dullah Selatanadalah Kecamatan ibukota yang letaknya mudah

dijangkau diKota Tual. Oleh karena itu perkembangan Kecamatan Dullah Selatan
akan selaluacuan pembangunan bagi kecamatan-kecamatan lain di Kota Tual.
Publikasi Kecamatan Dullah Selatan Dalam Angka 2012 merupakan sebuah

potret gambaran hasil pembangunan yang telah dilakukan di seluruh Desa/Kelurahan
di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan selama tahun 2011. Publikasi ini sangat bermanfaat
untuk mengevaluasi hasil pembangunan dan menjadi dasar perencanaan
pembangunan, terutama di wilayah Kecamatan Dullah Selatan.
Kepada seluruh Instansi, Dinas maupun pihak swasta sebagai sumber data
sekaligus pemakai data diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kerjasama yang lebih baik
dengan BPS Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara demi tersedianya data yang lebih akurat

PREFACE
District of Dullah Selatan is District Capital which its location iseasy to

reach in Municipality of Tual. Furthermore, the growth of District of Dullah Selatan
will always become adevelopmentbenchmarkfor other districts in Municipality of
Tual.
Publication of Dullah Selatan in Figures 2012 shows us the picture of the

result of development in all villages in District of Dullah Selatan during the year of
2011. This publication will be useful to evaluate the result of those development had
been done, and to build a new development plans needed, especially in District of
Dullah Selatan.
Institution and Services, state or private, as sources and users of data are
hoped to be able to increase their cooperation with the BPS Regency of Maluku
Tenggara for an availability of more accurate data in the next periods.
May God Almighty always be with us in our service toour nation and country

KATA PENGANTAR
Data statistik dalam wilayah kecil (Small Area Statistics) sudah menjadi
kebutuhan mendasar bagi semua pihak, terutama Pemerintah Daerah untuk
perancangan kebijakan pada era otonomisasi ini.
Dullah Selatan Dalam Angka 2012adalah publikasi tahunan yang memuat

data-data Kecamatan Dullah Selatan pada tahun 2011 yang tersaji dalam wilayah
kecil, yaitu menurut Desa. Data-data ini bersumber dari data sekunder dinas/instansi
terkait maupun data primer BPS Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara.
Disadari bahwa walaupun disiapkan dengan baik namun tentunya masih

terdapat banyak kelemahan dan kesalahan, karenanya kritik dan saran sangat
diharapkan guna penyempurnaan di waktu yang akan datang.
Bagi pihak-pihak yang telah memberikan bantuan dalam perampungan

FOREWORD
Small Area Statistics (SAS) has became a basic need for everyone,
especially Regional Government for policy planning inthe era of Autonomization.
Dullah Selatan in Figures 2012 is an annual publication which consists
information about District of Dullah Selatan during the year of 2011, presented in
Small Area Statistics, by Villages. This information was gathered from secondary
data from related institutions or primary data from BPS-Statistics of Regency of
Maluku Tenggara.
Awarely, even though it was well-prepared but certainly there is still some
mistakes and inadequacy on the presentation of this publication. In doing so, critics
and suggestions for improvement in the future are truly welcomed.
Hopefully, this publication will do some benefit for all of us.

EOGRAPHICAL SITUATION
1. KEADAAN GEOGRAFI
Letak Geografis
Kecamatan Dullah Selatan terletak pada 5° 34' – 5° 42' LS dan 132° 40' – 132°
49'BT. Adapun batas-batas Kecamatan Dullah Selatan sebagai berikut :
Sebelah Utara : Kecamatan Dullah Utara
Sebelah Selatan : Selat Rosenberg
Sebelah Timur : Selat Nerong
Sebelah Barat : Selat Rosenberg
Topografi
Secara topografi Kecamatan Dullah Selatan berupa dataran yang memiliki luas
51,99Km2 yang terletak pada ketinggian 0 – 20 meter di atas permukaan laut.
Geologi
Menurut peta Geologi Indonesia [1965], Pulau / Kepulauan di Maluku Tenggara

terbentuk / tersusun dari tanah dan batuan yang tercatat sebanyak 3 jenis Tanah dan 5
jenis Batuan, secara lengkap dapat dilihat pada Tabel 1.2.3
Iklim
Iklim dipengaruhi oleh Laut Banda, Laut Arafura dan Samudera Indonesia juga
dibayangi oleh Pulau Irian di Bagian Timur dan Benua Australia di Bagian Selatan,
sehingga sewaktu-waktu terjadi perubahan.
a. Tipe Iklim
Berdasarkan klasifikasi Agroklimate menurut OLDEMAN, IRSAL dan MULADI

[1981], Kecamatan Dullah Selatan termasuk dalam Zone C2 dengan jumlah bulan
basah 5 - 6 bulan dan bulan kering 4 - 5 bulan .
b. Musim
1. Keadaan musim teratur, musim Timur berlangsung dari bulan April sampai
Oktober. Musim ini adalah musim Kemarau. Musim Barat berlangsung dari bulan
Oktober sampai April. Curah hujan terbesar terjadi pada bulan Desember sampai
Februari.

2. Musim Pancaroba jatuhpada bulan Maret/April dan Oktober/November.
3. Bulan April sampai Oktober, bertiup angin Timur Tenggara. Angin kencang
bertiup pada bulan Januari dan Pebruari diikuti dengan hujan deras dan laut
bergelora.
4. Bulan April sampai September bertiup angin Timur, Tenggara dan Selatan
sebanyak 91% dengan angin Tenggara dominan 61% .
5. Bulan Oktober sampai Maret bertiup angin Barat Laut sebanyak 50% dengan
angin Barat Laut dominan 28%.
c. Curah Hujan
Curah hujan di Pulau Dullahrata-rata antara 2.000 - 3.000 mm per tahun. Tahun
2011,Curah hujan di KecamatanDullah Selatan adalah 3120.6 mm per tahun atau rata-
rata 260 mm per bulan dengan jumlah hari hujan sebanyak 211 hari atau rata-rata 18
hari hujan per bulan.
d. Suhu, Kelembaban, Penyinaran Matahari dan Tekanan Udara
1. Suhu rata-rata untuk tahun 2011sesuai data dari Stasiun Meteorologi Dumatubun
Langgur adalah 26,9 ºC dengan suhu minimum 24,4 ºC dan maksimum 30,8 ºC
2. Kelembaban rata-rata 84,5%, penyinaran matahari rata-rata 51,5% dan tekanan

udara rata-rata 1007,9 milibar. (Tabel 1.3.3.)

1. GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION
Geographic Location
District of Dullah Selatan isastronomically located between 5° 34' – 5° 42' South

Latitudes and 132° 40' – 132° 49' East Longitudes. Geographically District of
Dullah Selatan is bordered by :
Northern border : District of Dullah Utara

Southern border : Rosenberg Strait
Eastern border : Nerong Strait
Western border : Rosenberg Strait
Topography
Based on its topography, Dullah Selatan is a flat area of 51,99 Km2 located between
0 - 20 meters above the sea level.
Geology
Based on Indonesian Geology Map [1965], Island / Archipelago in the Regency of

Maluku Tenggara are formed by 3 kinds soil and 5 kinds rock [Table 1.2.3].
Climate
The Climateis influenced by Banda Sea, Arafura Sea and Indian Ocean, and also by
Irian island in the eastern part,and Australian continent in the southern part, so that
there is an uncertainty on seasonal transition period.
a. Type of Climate
Based on Agroclimate Classification by OLDEMAN, IRSAL and MULADI [1981],

District of Dullah Selatanis classified in Zone C2 with number of wet month 5 - 6
months and dry month 4 - 5 months.
b. Season
1. Regularly, East Wind Season start from April to October. This season is a dry
season. West Wind Season start from October to April.December to February
is the periodwith heaviest rainfall.
2. Seasonal transitionsfallin March/April and October/November.
3. From April to October wind blows East and South East. Hard wind blows in
January and February followed by heavy rain and rough sea.
4. During April to September91% wind blows East, South East and South with
South East wind 61% dominance.
5. From October to March blows North Westwind 50% with North West
dominance 28%.
c. Rainfall
Average rainfallrate in DullahIsland is between 2.000 - 3.000 mm per year. In the

District ofDullah Selatan through the year of 2011rainfall rate is 3120.6 mm per
year or 260 mm per month average with 211 rainy days per year or 18
rainy days average per month.
d. Temperature, Humidity, Solar Illumination and Athmospheric Pressure
1. Particulary in the year 2011, based on the given record from Dumatubun
Meteorology Station, Langgur,average temperature is 26,9 ºC with minimum
temperature : 24,4 ºC and maximum 30,8 ºC
2. The average humidity 84,5%,, average solar illumination 51,5% and average
atmosperical pressure at 1007,9 milibar. (Table 1.3.3.)

2. PEMERINTAHAN
Sejarah Singkat
Kecamatan Dullah Selatan yang beribukota di Wearhir, merupakan pemekaran dari

Kecamatan Kei Kecil. Kecamatan induk yang ada sejak Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara
berdiri, yaitu pada tahun 1957 ketika Maluku Tenggara menjadi Daerah Swatantra
Tingkat II dengan membawahi 8 (delapan) kecamatan.
Pada Tahun 2000, Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara dimekarkan menjadi 2 (dua)

kabupaten, yaitu : Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara dan Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara
Barat. Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara setelah dimekarkan hanya terdiri dari 3 (tiga)
kecamatan, yaitu:
1. Kecamatan Kei Kecil
2. Kecamatan Kei Besar
3. Kecamatan P.P. Aru.
Kecamatan Kei Kecil saat itu membawahi 68 Desa dan 4 Kelurahan
Pada tahun 2001 Kecamatan Kei Kecil dipecah menjadi 2 (dua) kecamatan :
1. Kecamatan Kei Kecil terdiri dari 61 Desa / Kelurahan
2. Kecamatan P.P. Kur terdiri dari 11 Desa
Kemudian pada tahun 2004 Kecamatan Kei Kecil yang tersisa dipecah lagi menjadi 6
(enam) kecamatan, yaitu :
1. Kecamatan Kei Kecil terdiri dari 22 Desa / Kelurahan
2. Kecamatan Kei Kecil Barat terdiri dari 8 Desa
3. Kecamatan Kei Kecil Timur terdiri dari 13 Desa
4. Kecamatan Dullah Utara terdiri dari 8 Desa
5. Kecamatan Dullah Selatan terdiri dari 5 Desa / Kelurahan
6. Kecamatan Tayando Tam terdiri dari 5 Desa
Kecamatan Dullah Utara hasil pemekaran tersebut yang terdiri atas 5 Desa/Kelurahan
bertahan sampai saat ini.

Pemerintahan Desa
Kecamatan Dullah Selatan terbagi menjadi 2 Desa dan 3 Kelurahan dan kesemuanya
berada di Daerah Perkotaan.
Tingkat Perkembangan Desa di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan pada tahun 2010 dapat
dilihat dari Klasifikasi Desa (Tabel 2.3.) yang terdiri dari :
1. Desa Swasembada sebanyak – Desa
2. Desa Swakaryasebanyak 2 Desa
3. Desa Swadaya sebanyak – Desa
Satuan Lingkungan Setempat (SLS) di bawah Desa/Kelurahan di Kecamatan Dullah

Selatan (Tabel 2.4)adalah sebagaiberikut :
1. DesaTaar tidak memiliki SLS
2. Kelurahan Ketsoblak terdiri dari 3 RW dan 16 RT
3. DesaTual terdiri dari 4 Dusun :
a. Desa Induk Tual terdiri dari 4 RW dan 16 RT
b. Dusun Mangon memiliki 4 RW dan 7 RT
c. Dusun Fair terdiri dari 4 RT
d. Dusun Pulau Ut tidak memiliki SLS
4. Kel. Masrum terdiri dari 2 RW dan 10 RT
5. Kelurahan Lodar El terdiri dari 5 RW dan 18 RT

2. GOVERNMENT
Brief History
District of Dullah Selatan, capitalled in Wearhir, is a main district which was

founded as the Regency of Maluku Tenggara was founded in 1957 as Second Level
Swatantra Region with 8 (eight) districts under its jurisdiction.
In Year 2000, Regency of Maluku Tenggara was splitted into 2 (two) regency :
Regency Maluku Tenggara Barat and Regency of Maluku Tenggara itself. At that
moment Regency of Maluku Tenggara consisted:
1. District of Kei Kecil
2. District of Kei Besar
3. District of Aru Islands
District of Kei Kecil at that moment governed 68 Non-Formal Villages and 4 Formal
Villages.
In Year 2001, District of Kei Kecil was divided into 2 (two) District :
1. District of Kei Kecil consisted 61 Villages
2. District of Kur Islands consisted 11 Villages
Then in Year 2004, District of Kei Kecil was divided again into 6 (six) districts, which
are:
1. District of Kei Kecil consisted 22 Villages
2. District of West Kei Kecil consisted 8 Villages
3. District of East Kei Kecil consisted 13 Villages
4. District of North Dullah consisted 8 Villages
5. District of South Dullah consisted 5 Villages
6. District of Tayando Tam consisted 5 Villages
The number of village governed by District of Dullah Selatan is 5 Villages haven’t

change until this year.

Village Government
District of Dullah Selatan is divided into 2 Non-formal Villages and 3 Formal

Villages which all are located in urban area.
Village growth of Non-formal Village in District of Dullah Selatan 2010 can be seen
from the village classification (table 2.3.) as follows:
1. Swasembada Village : - villages
2. Swakarya Village : 2 villages
3. Swadaya Village : – villages
Local Area Unit (SLS) under village jurisdiction registeredin District of Dullah

2. Ketsoblak divided into 3 Residences and 16 Neighborhoods

Ulasan Singkat
Jumlah Penduduk Kecamatan Dullah Selatan pada tahun 2011 adalah sebanyak
34.092 jiwa yang terdiri dari laki-laki sebanyak 16.904 jiwa dan perempuan sebanyak
17.188 jiwa.
Sedangkan Sex Ratio rata-rata per desa untuk Kecamatan Dullah Selatan adalah
sebesar 98 pada tahun 2011 Hal ini berarti secara rata-rata perbandingan laki-laki dan
perempuan di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan adalah 98:100 Atau dapat pula dikatakan di
Kecamatan Dullah Selatan pada Tahun 2011 untuk setiap 100 orang perempuan
terdapat 98 orang laki-laki (Tabel 3.1).
Kepadatan Penduduk rata-rata di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan pada tahun 2011 adalah
sebanyak 655 jiwa per Km2(Tabel 3.2). Kecamatan Dullah Selatan sebagai Ibukota
Kota Tual merupakan daerah perkotaan yang kepadatannya tinggi dan cukup merata.
Daerah-daerah kosong terletak di DesaTaar dan dusun-dusun dari Desa Tual yaitu :
Dusun Fair, Dusun Mangon, Dusun Dumar dan Dusun Pulau Ut.
Jumlah Rumah Tangga di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan pada tahun 2011 adalah
sebanyak 6.816 rumah tangga. Dari angka ini diperoleh rata-rata jumlah anggota
rumah tangga di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan pada tahun 2011 adalah sebesar 5,00 jiwa
per rumah tangga (Tabel 3.3).

3. POPULATION
Summary
District Population of Dullah Selatan on the end of the year of 2011 is 34.092 people,
with consisted 16.904 males and 17.188 females.
It comes to the result of calculation of Sex Ratio of District Population of Dullah

Selatan in 2011 as 101. It means that averagely the ratio of male to female in District
of Dullah Selatan is 98 to 100. Or that we can say, On 2011 that for every 100 female
there is 98 male averagely (Table 3.1).
The average population density in District of Dullah Selatan on the end of the year
2011 is 655 people per Km2 (Table 3.2). District of Dullah Selatan as Capital City of
Municiplality of Tual is an urban area with high density and quite evenly distributed.
Empty areas are located in Village of Taar and sub-villages of Village of Tual which
are : Sub-village of Fair, Sub-village of Mangon, Sub-village of Dumar and Sub-
village of PulauUt.
Number of Household in District of Dullah Selatan on the year 2011 is 6.816

households. From that number, we obtained the average member size of households
in District of Dullah Selatan is 5.00 people per household (Table 3.3).

Pendidikan
Keadaan Pendidikan di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan dapat dilihat dari Tabel 4.1.1 s.d.
Tabel 4.1.10.
Terdapat 20 Sekolah Dasar yang tersebar di seluruh Desa di Kecamatan Dullah

Selatan. Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama cuma berjumlah 6 dan hanya berada di
desa-desa tertentu tetapi semua desa rata-rata bisa menjangkau fasilitas SLTP.
Sedangkan Sekolah Menengah Atas berjumlah 7 dan hanya terdapat di Desa Taar,
Desa Tual, Kelurahan Ketsoblak dan Lodar-El (Tabel 4.1.2 s.d. 4.1.4).
Rasio Murid terhadap Guru di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan adalah 18 murid tiap 1 guru
untuk SD; 13 murid tiap 1 guru untuk SLTP; dan 13 murid untuk 1 guru untuk SMA.
Sedangkan rata-rata jumlah murid per kelas untuk SD 31murid; untuk SLTP 28murid;
dan untuk SLTA 35 murid (Tabel 4.1.12).
Perguruan tinggi cukup memadai karena terdapat 3 Perguruan Tinggi di Kecamatan

Dullah Selatan yang semua terletak di daerah perkotaan, yaitu:
1. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) UMEL
2. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) As-Salamah

Kesehatan
Di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan tidak terdapat Rumah Sakit, 2 Puskesmas, 2 Puskesmas

Pembantu dan 10 Poskesdes (Tabel 4.2.1 dan Tabel 4.2.2).
Sedangkan untuk tenaga kesehatan terdapat 11 orang dokter, 48 perawat kesehatan,

10 bidan, 44 dukun terlatih dan 10 dukun tidak terlatih (Tabel 4.2.3).
Selama tahun 2011 di Balai Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak terdapat 4.264 kunjungan Ibu
Hamil, Ibu Menyusui, Bayi dan Balita. Sedangkan kelahiran yang ditolong di BKIA
sebesar 728 kelahiran (Tabel 4.2.4).
Agama
Mayoritas penduduk Kecamatan Dullah Selatan beragama Islam, kemudian Kristen

Katolik dan Kristen Protestan.
Hal ini dapat dilihat juga dari jumlah tempat ibadah yang ada di Kecamatan Dullah
Selatan. Di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan terdapat 12 Masjid, 5 Musholla/Langgar, 10
Gereja Protestan dan 2 Gereja Katolik (Tabel 4.3).

4. SOCIAL
Education
Information about education in District of Dullah Selatan can be obtained from Table
4.1.1 to 4.1.10.
There are 20 Elementary Schools spread in all villages in District of Dullah Selatan.
The number of Junior High Schools in District of Dullah Selatan is 6, located in
certain villages and almost all villages can reach to the nearest one easily. While
there are 7 Senior High Schools in District of Dullah Selatan, which located in
Village of Taar, Ketsoblak and Lodar-El. (Table 4.1.2 to 4.1.4)
Pupils to teacher ratio in district of Dullah Selatan are 18students for one Elementary
School teacher, 15 students for one Junior High School teacher and 12 students for
one Senior High School teacher. While averagely there 31students for each
Elementary School classes and 37 students for each Junior and 37 for each Senior
High School classes. (Table 4.1.2)
College availability is very good. There are 3 colleges in District of Dullah Selatan
located in urban area. They are:
1. UMEL College of Economics Studies
2. As-Salamah College of Tarbiyah Studies
3. Tual Fishery State Polytechnics

Health
There are no Hospitals, 2 Public Health Center, 2 Supporting Public Health Centers
and 10 Village Health/Maternity Posts in District of Dullah Selatan. (Table 4.2.1 and
Table 4.2.2)
As Health Personnels, there are 9 Doctors, 48 Paramedics, 11 Educated Midwives,

44 Trained Midwives and 10 Not Trained Midwives. (Table 4.2.3)
During the of year 2011 in District of Dullah Selatan, there are 4.264 visits by
Pregnant Women, Breastfeeding Mothers, Infants and One to Five Years Children in
Children and Mothers Polyclinics. Births attended in the clinics are 728 births (Table
4.2.4)
Religion
The majority of religion of the people of District of Dullah Selatan are Islam, then
followed by Protestant sand Catholics.
It can also be concluded from the number of Worship Places in District of Dullah
Selatan. There are 16 Mosques, 5 Moslem Chapels, 10 Protestants Churches and 2
Catholics Churches in District of Dullah Selatan. (Table 4.3).

Ulasan Singkat
Sektor Pertanian merupakan sektor ekonomi utama yang menunjang kehidupan

masyarakat di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan, terutama Pertanian Palawija dan
Perikanan.
Dari keseluruhan Luas Areal Kecamatan Dullah Selatan sebesar 70,85 Km2(7.085
Ha) yang digunakan sebagai Areal Pertanian (Pertanian, Perkebunan, dan
Kehutanan) adalah sebesar 35,20 Km2(3.520 Ha) atau sekitar 50% dari luas areal
(Tabel 5.1).
Luas Areal Pertanian Padi Palawija pada tahun 2011 sebagai bahan makanan pokok
adalah sebesar 148Ha (1,48Km2) saja. Produksi dari Pertanian Padi Palawija yang
paling dominan di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan adalah Ketela Pohon dan sejenisnya
sebesar 512,08 ton selama tahun 2011.Hal ini mencerminkan bahan makanan pokok
sehari-hari penduduk Kecamatan Dullah Selatan (Tabel 5.2).
Peternakan di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan seperti terlihat di Tabel 5.3 dan 5.4
volumenya tidak terlalu besar. Hal ini dikarenakan subsektor peternakan berasal
sebagian besar dari peternak rumah tangga yang terdiri dari kambing atau ayam
buras dan jumlah ternaknya sedikit (< 5 ekor).
Subsektor Perikanan meskipun sangat besar kontribusinya di Kecamatan Dullah

Selatan masih didominasi oleh nelayan tradisional. Hal itu terlihat dari perahu yang
digunakan, yang sebagian besar Perahu tak Bermotor, dan alat penangkapan ikan
utama yang digunakan yaitu Pancing (Tabel 5.5)

5. AGRICULTURE
Summary
Agriculture is the main economic sector which builds the living of the people of
District of Dullah Selatan, especially Primary Food Agriculture and Fishery.
From total area 70,85Km2(7.085 Ha) of District of Dullah Selatan, the amount used
as Agricultural Areas (Food Farm, Non Food Farm and Forestry) is 35,20
Km2(3.520 Ha) or about 50 % from total area (Table 5.1).
The agricultural areas used for Primary Food Farm is 1,48Km2 (148hectares) only.
The major production of Primary Food Farm in District of Dullah Selatan is
Cassava and its kind in amount of 512,08 Tons during the year of 2011. It is so as
cassava and its kind is the daily main food of people in District of Dullah Selatan.
(Table 5.2)
Animal husbandry in District of Dullah Selatan, as can be seen in Table 5.3 and 5.4,
is not quite significant. Most of the production comes from home-farm of goats and
non-layers chicken with number of livestocks less than 5 (five).
The contribution of Fishery to the economy in District of Dullah Selatan is still

dominated by traditional fishermen. It can be seen from the boats used, that is
mainly non-motor boats, with fishing gears used most is traditional fishing poles
(Table 5.5).

6. PERTAMBANGAN DAN ENERGI
Uraian Singkat
Di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan aktivitas pertambangan yang ada adalah penggalian

Bahan Galian C yaitu Penggalian Pasir Pantai dan Batu Kapur dengan hasil
sampingan : tanah urug dan kerikil. (Tabel 6.1)
Di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan Sumber Penerangan Listrik PLN sudah menjangkau

semua desa kecuali Dusun Pulau Ut di Desa Tual yang letaknya di pulau terpisah
.Masyarakat Dusun tersebut sebagian kecil menggunakan Generator untuk
penerangan, sedangkan sisanya menggunakan pelita. (Tabel 6.2)
Sumber air minum utama yang digunakan masyarakat Dullah Selatan adalah sumur.
Beberapa juga menggunakan air ledengdari PDAM dan air hujan (Tabel 6.3)
Ada Agen Resmi Pertamina yang menjadi distributor bahan bakar di Kecamatan
Dullah Selatan. Kebutuhan bahan bakar masyarakat, seperti bensin, solar dan minyak
tanah, juga dipenuhi oleh Pedagang Eceran. (Tabel 6.4)

6. MINING AND ENERGY
Summary
Mining activities existing in District of Dullah Selatan is Type – C Quarrying which

are Coastal Sand Quarrying and Limestone Quarrying with Soil and Crushed-stone
as its resdual. (Table 6.1)
Government Electricity in District of Dullah Selatan have reached all villages except
Sub-village of Pulau Ut in Village of Tual which are located in separated island. Few
people of the Sub-village can afford electricity with their own Generators, but the rest
of them is relying on kerosene-lamps as lighting. (Table 6.2)
Main drinking water source used by people of District of Dullah Selatan is well. Some
also uses water from the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM and rain water.
(Table 6.3)
There is Pertamina certified fuel agent as distributor in District of Tayando. People’s

needs for fuels like gasoline and kerosene are filled by retail-seller (Table 6.4).

Harga-harga barang selama tahun 2011 meningkat. Harga beberapa bahan pokok
rumah tangga yang menjadi sampel Survei Harga Konsumen di Ibukota Kecamatan
mengalami perubahan selama tahun 2011 (Tabel 7.4).

7. TRADE, FINANCE AND PRICES
Summary
There are 1.429 stores / shops in spread in all villages in District of Dullah Selatan
(Table 7.1.).
Financial Institutes in District of Dullah Selatan in year 2011 are : 2 Government

Banks (BRI,BNI and BPTN) and 2 Citizen Credit Banks (BPR Artha Graha and
Danamon), nothing Village Unit Cooperatives, 6 Loan and Saving Cooperatives and
14 Other Cooperatives (Table 7.2).
Prices during the year of 2011 is increase. Prices of some primary goods which are
taken as samples in Consumer Prices Survey in District Capital change along the
year 2011(Table 7.4)

8. TRANSPORTASI DAN KOMUNIKASI
Ulasan Singkat
Kecamatan Dullah Selatan merupakan kecamatan Ibukota

Kotamadya.Wilayah Kecamatan Dullah Selatan tidak terlalu luas sehingga jarak
semua desa/kelurahan di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan ke Ibukota Kotamadya di Tual
+1 Km (Tabel 8.1).
Seluruh Desa/Kelurahan di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan terletak di Pulau

Dullah dengan ada beberapa Dusun dari Desa Tual yang terletak di pulau lain. Dusun
Fair terletak di Pulau Fair dan bisa dijangkau dengan Angkutan Ojek, Dusun Pulau Ut
terletak di Pulau Ut dan Pulau Ubur di Dusun Mangon hanya bisa dijangkau dengan
Angkutan Laut. Jalan untuk semua daerah di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan yang terletak
di Pulau Dullah ada dalam kondisi baik dan teraspal (Tabel 8.2).
Angkutan Kota beroperasi di seluruh desa/kelurahan di Kecamatan Dullah

Selatan yang terletak di Pulau Dullah. Hal ini dikarenakan semua trayek tidak hanya
menghubungkan satu desa dengan Ibukota Kecamatan tetapi beberapa desa sekaligus.
Volume mobil trayek yang beroperasi cukup besar karena hanya ada di daerah
perkotaan saja seperti terlihat pada Tabel 8.4.
Angkutan laut yang menghubungkan Kecamatan Dullah Selatan dengan desa-

desa lainnya baik dalam wilayah Kecamatan Dullah Selatan maupun Kecamatan
lainnya di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara. (Tabel 8.9.) Pelabuhan Besar dan Pelabuhan
Ferry yang menghubungkan Kota Tual dan Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara dan
Kabupaten/Provinsi lain juga terdapat di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan.
Komunikasi baik melalui jaringan telepon kabel maupun seluler tersedia di

semua desa/kelurahan di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan. (Tabel 8.7)

8. TRANSPORTATION DAN COMMUNICATION
Summary
District of Dullah Selatan is District of Municipality Capital.The Area of

District of Dullah Selatan is not quite wide so that the distance between all villages in
District of Dullah Selatan and Capital City of Municipality of Tual in Tual is just
about 1 Km (Table 8.1.)
All villages in District of Dullah Selatan lies in Dullah island with some Sub-
villages of Villlage of Tual which are located in other islands. Sub-village of Fair in
Fair Island can be reached by Motorcycle, Sub-village of Pulau Ut and Pulau Ubur a
part of Sub-village of Mangon can only be reached by sea transportation. All roads in
all area of District of Dullah Selatan which are located in Dullah island are in good
condition and well-asphalted. (Table 8.2)
Urban Public Vehicles can reach all villages in District of Dullah Selatan
which is located in Dullah island. It is because the routes are usually connect some
villages they pass through altogether.Public vehicle’s frequency is quite high above
because their operations are only in urban area as can be seen in Table 8.4.
Local sea transports connect District of Dullah Selatan with villages on the
region of District of Dullah Selatan or other Districts in the Regency of Maluku
Tenggara. (Table 8.6.) Inter-regional and Ferry Port which connects Municipality of
Tual and Regency of Maluku Tenggara to other Province/Regency is also located in
District of Dullah Selatan.
Communication, either by cable phone or cellular phone network, is available

in every villages in District of Dullah Selatan . (Table 8.7.)

Uraian Singkat
Pada tahun 2011 di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan terdapat 125 Warung Makan/Restoran
yang terdapat hampir di semua Desa/Kelurahan (Tabel 9.1).
Objek wisata di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan tidak terlalu banyak.Terdapat beberapa

objek Wisata Alam dan Agrowisata (Tabel 9.2). Fasilitas Akomodasi bagi wisatawan
di Kecamatan Dullah Selatan cukup memadai (Tabel 9.3).
Untuk tempat hiburan, ada 2 Tempat Bilyar, 5 Tempat Hiburan Karaoke dan 2
Lapangan Sepak Bola yang terletak di beberapa Desa/Kelurahan. (Tabel 9.4).

9. HOTELS, RESTAURANTS AND TOURISM
Summary
In year 2011, there are 125 Diners / Restaurants in District of Dullah Selatan which
is available almost in every village (Table 9.1)
There are not so many tourism objects in District of Dullah Selatan. There are some
nature tourism objects and agricultural-tourism (Table 9.2). The accomodations
available for tourists in District of Dullah Selatanplenty enough (Table 9.3).
For Amusement Places, there are 2 Billiard Places, 6 Karaoke Amusements and 2
Footbal Fields in several villages (Table 9.4)
