Penulisan ilmiah ini menjelaskan mengenai aplikasi pencatatan jadwal kunjungan pasien TB
guna mempermudah dalam pelacakan TB mangkir sehingga tidak terdapat kasus TB mangkir di
Puskesmas.
Dalam penulisan menunjukan bahwa metode pencatatan jadwal kunjungan pasien TB ini telah
terbukti efektif dan memudahkan dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan pasien di poli TB dilihat dari
pencapaian keberhasilan pasien dalam menjalani pengobatan mengalami peningkatan yang
signifikan.

This scientific writing describes the application for recording the schedule of TB patient
visits to make it easier to track TB lost to follow-up so that there are no TB cases to follow-up at the
Puskesmas.
In writing, it shows that this method of recording the schedule of TB patient visits has
proven to be effective and facilitates the implementation of patient care at the TB polyclinic, seen
from the achievement of patient success in undergoing treatment, which has increased significantly.
