Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi

akuntansi, pengendalian intern dan penggunaan teknologi informasi akuntansi
secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pamor
Ganda. penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner yang
disebarkan kepada responden pada PT. Pamor Ganda Bengkulu Utara. Jumlah
sampel yang diambil sebanyak 69 karyawan PT. Pamor Ganda. Teknik
pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis
dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,
menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi dan penggunaan
teknologi informasi akuntansi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan, sedangkan pengendalian intern berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja
karyawan. Secara simultan penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian
intern dan penggunaan teknologi informasi akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pamor Ganda.

The Influence of the Implementation of Accounting Information Systems,
Internal Controls and the Use of Accounting Information Technology on
Employee Performance (Case Study at PT. Pamor Ganda)

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of accounting

information systems, internal control and the use of accounting information
technology partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT.
Double Prestige. This study uses primary data through questionnaires distributed
to respondents at PT. North Bengkulu double prestige. The number of samples
taken as many as 69 employees of PT. Double Prestige. The sampling technique
used purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed by multiple linear
regression method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the application
of accounting information systems and the use of accounting information
technology have no significant effect on employee performance, internal control
has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the application
of accounting information systems, internal control and the use of accounting
information technology have a significant effect on the performance of employees
of PT. Double Prestige.
