Yerry (Jerry) Goei

Warganegara Indonesia, usia 51 tahun per tanggal 31 Desember 2020.

Sebelum bergabung dengan Perseroan sebagai COO pada tahun 2020, Beliau menjabat sebagai Presiden
Direktur dari Dwi Satrya Utama (DSU) Group sejak Desember 2015. Sebelum bergabung di DSU, Beliau
bekerja empat tahun di Northstar Group yang merupakan salah satu Private Equity terkemuka di Indonesia
sampai dengan akhir 2015, dengan posisi terakhir sebagai Managing Director dan Head of Operation dari
portofolio perusahaan-perusahaan Northstar. Sebelum bergabung dengan Northstar, Beliau telah
memegang posisi senior di berbagai perusahaan, antara lain sebagai Country Director dari AkzoNobel
Group di Indonesia, dan sehari-harinya merangkap sebagai President Director dan CEO dari PT ICI Paints
Indonesia (Dulux) yang merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan terbesar AkzoNobel di Indonesia. Beliau
telah bergabung selama 12 tahun di ICI/Akzonobel. Beliau juga sebelumnya pernah bekerja di Accenture,
American Standard dan Sampoerna.

Beliau memperoleh gelar sarjana (BSc) di bidang Computer Science dari University of Texas @ Austin di
tahun 1991 dan MBA dari Baylor University di Texas, USA di tahun 1992. Setelah itu Beliau mengikuti
program Executive Development di IMD (Swiss) di tahun 2007 dan INSEAD (Perancis) di tahun 2011.

Prior to joining the Company as COO in 2020, he served as President Director of Dwi Satrya Utama (DSU)
Group since December 2015. Prior to joining DSU Group, he spent four years with Northstar Group, a
leading private equity firm in Indonesia until Dec 2015, with the last position as the Managing Director and
Head of Operations of Northstar. Before Northstar, he has held several C-level executive positions in
several companies, including the Country Director of AkzoNobel Group in Indonesia and at the same time
holding the position of President Director and CEO of PT ICI Paints Indonesia (Dulux), which is an
AkzoNobel largest subsidiary in Indonesia. Jerry spent 12 years in total with ICI/AknoNobel. He has also
worked for Accenture, American Standard and Sampoerna.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin
in 1991 and MBA degree from Baylor University in 1992. He also attended executive development programs
at IMD (Lausanne – Switzerland) in 2007 and INSEAD (Fontainebleau – France) in 2011.
