Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas, isu yang

kontak di Dinas DUKCAPIL” dan “Tidak
tersedianya perangkat Power Supply
untuk printer Cetak”. Kedua isu tersebut
memenuhi syarat karena kelayakan
terpenuhi
 Kedua isu yang valid ini kemudian di analisis lebih lanjut menggunakan
perangkat USG. Dalam menentukan prioritas masalah, saya menggunakan
analisis USG sebagai alat untuk mengetahui isu mana yang menjadi paling
prioritas dengan menggunakan kriteria Urgency (U), Seriousness (S), Growth (G),
atau yang biasa disebut identifikasi USG. Lebih jelasnya, kriteria USG dijelaslan
sebagai berikut :

Mengacu Pada penyelesaian

memenuhi syarat karena kelayakan

Berdasarkan tabel diatas, maka
penetapan isu prioritas dengan
menggunakan metode USG diatas,
diketahui bahwa isu “Tidak terawatnya
instalasi listrik pada stop kontak di
Dinas DUKCAPIL” memiliki jumlah nilai
tertinggi dari isu lainnya tersebut. Maka
dapat disimpulkan bahwa penulis
menetapkan isu “Tidak terawatnya
instalasi listrik pada stop kontak di
Dinas DUKCAPIL” sebagai isu prioritas
yang akan diselesaikan.
 Akar penyebab masalah selanjutnya di diagnose menggunakan Fishbone Diagram, sehingga hasilnya
dirumuskan sebagai berikut :
