➢ Main Accountabilities :
1. Develop training plan and arrange all Automation Team Driving, VES, BST and
RAC Training Required.
2. Develop and execute all PP Automation VPS pillar target and coordinate all
pillar to each section in PP Automation to reach the VPS maturity target.
3. Collect and summarize the performance of PP Automation activities and
provide information to help PP automation section perform the diagnostic to
review the performance of each Automation area.
4. Collect, Summarize and report all Automation hour consumed recorded,
(Project & Technical Support Time consumed and overtime.)
5. Collect, sumerize and track EHS area obligative activities to achieve PP
Automation Section area EHS targets (5S, MRA, SOI, CCV, LIF, Trainings,
Incident Actions etc).
6. Maintain PP Automation section area supporting office consumable material
and supplies material inventory to achieve expected efficient level.
7. Support operational strategy in Risk Management Portofolio (HIRA-BWISE) and
Operational Excellence (5S, DBO/DBM) to achieve organization objectives.
8. Collect and compile all PP Automation area performance report become PP
Automation Performance Report (Monthly & Yearly).
9. Provide support for administrative requirement to support PP Automation
Section area operational activities e.g document route approval, PP
Automation visitor permitting, SOP refreshing notes, and to be a host of
Regular meetings (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Perfomance meetings).
10. Support PP Automation activities related to maintain relation with Operation
stakeholders (manage YEP, Fam Gath, 5S doorprizes etc).
