Data Technician
Purpose of the Role
To assist Department to develop, coordinate, execute, analyze, monitor and
report operational support data related with day-to-day Department
operational agenda, VPS, EHS reporting, document approval control and
routing, to ensure all the business process meet the desired objectives

Key of Roles and Accountability


• Responsible for own Safety and report any unsafe conditions
• Document Handling and Support
Manage documentation of important document and prepare supporting
document required
• General administration support
• Create and F/Up result of minutes meeting.
• Collect and Monitoring Data Leave, LIF, CCV, Car Rental Data & Invoice,
SES, Department KPI, CPR, etc
• Monitoring Training Matrix of Department Employee
• Support operational strategy in Risk Management Portfolio (HIRA-BWISE)
and Operational Excellence (5S, DBO/DBM) to achieve organization
objectives

Requirements
• Education
Minimum D3/Sederajad
• Experience
Has experiences related to work background

Skill & Knowledge


• Have a good communication skill
• Have a good analytical thinking
• Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of administration principle
• Familiar with standard Office Administration software applicatio

Coordinator Vehicle Inspection


Purpose of the Role
Doing work by assigning, coordinating and controlling people or resources on
Vehicle Inspection work so that it can run and be completed safely and in
accordance with the specified quality.

Key of Roles and Accountability


• Responsible for own Safety and report any unsafe conditions
• Informing the manager regarding progress on tasks and report immediately
when a judgment is made that the output targets cannot be met, or more can
be achieved.
• Asking the manager for clarification, when needed, on what is expected of the
job.
• Supervise contractor vehicle inspection activities, so that they can be carried out
safely and in accordance with the expected quality.
• Make reports related to daily activities, work progress, absences, training needs,
problem solving and further work planning in a complete and accurate manner.
• Carry out an inventory of equipment and equipment in the work area, maintain
and maintain facilities, equipment, supervise usage, schedule maintenance and
report any damage to facilities, equipment and equipment to interested parties
so that facilities, equipment and equipment can be recorded, maintained and
always in good condition suitable for use.
• Train, admonish, give praise, and make recommendations about the assessment
crew.

Requirements
• Education
Minimum S1 Teknik/ Engineer
• Experience
Has minimum 3 years experiences relevant with the position (experiences
as Mechanic or Coordinator)

Skill & Knowledge


• Have minimum POP certification
• Have minimum Lisence A (SIMPOL A)
• Have a good communication skill
• Have a good analytical thinking
• Have a good knowledge of standards & feasibility Vehicle
• Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of administration principle
• Familiar with standard Office Administration software applicatio
