PROSEDUR PENGISIAN TANGKI CONTAINER

Note: Untuk maiden delivery atau pengisian pertama, pastikan bahwa vent untuk tangki
tersebut sudah dalam keadaan terpasang.

1. Before connecting discharge hose from Road Tanker to PCS Storage Tank fill point, connect
the tanker Static Ground/Earth cable to the Fill point Ground/ Earth (see the copper strip for
the connection is pointed out in the below photo). This connection is to discharge all static
build up from tanker to the ground.

Sebelum menyambungkan discharge hose/selang discharge dari lorry tanker ke fill point
container tank, grounding harus terlebih dahulu di sambungkan atau dihubungkan ke
grounding point yang tersedia di area container tank. Sambungan ini dimaksudkan untuk
menyalurkan listrik statis yang berasal dari lorry.

2. Once Ground/ Earth cable has been connected and with Road Tanker discharge valve closed,
connect discharge hose to Road Tanker.

Setelah grounding tersambung, sambungkan hose discharge / slang lorry ke fill point di
container tank.
Note : posisi valve discharge di lorry harus masih dalam keadaan tertutup.

3. Connect vapor recovery hose from Road Tanker to PCS Storage tank Transfer / Filling pump
with Fill point isolation valves are in the closed position (see below photo)

Sambungkan hose vapor recovery dari lorry ke point vapor recovery di container tank.

The type of the connection is Quick Coupling with 3” Male connection on the pump side and 3”
Female connection on the hose side.

Type koneksi di pada fill point adalah Quick Coupling with 3” dan pada vapor recovery Quick
Coupling with 2”
4. To discharge fuel from Road Tanker, open discharge valve at the bottom of the Road Tanker
to 50% to allow fuel to Flow towards PCS Storage Tank fill point isolation valve at the inlet of
the Transfer Pump

Untuk memindahkan bensin dari lorry ke container tank, buka discharge valve pada lorry 50%
supaya minyak dari lorry bisa mengalir ke fill point di container tank.

Note : Valve di container tank masih dalam keadaan tertutup.

5. With Road Tanker Discharge valve open, inspect hose and connection points for leaks before
proceeding to transfer fuel to PCS Storage Tank.

Periksa apakah ada kebocoran pada sambungan baik di lorry maupun di fill point container
tank.

6. Once all is order, open PCS Storage Tank Fill isolation valve to allow gravity feed of fuel into
fill point.

Setelah dilakukan pengecekan dan tidak ditemukan kebocoran pada sambungan baik pada
sambungan di lorry maupun di fill point, buka valve/ katup isolasi pada container tank.

7. Once fuel transfer is established, open Road Tanker Discharge Valve to 100% for full discharge
of fuel to PCS Storage Tank transfer pump.

Ketika proses discharge atau pengisian sedang berlangsung maka discharge valve di lorry
harus terbuka penuh.
8. When filling process has started, ensure PCS Storage Tank vent is operating correctly by
checking flow of air exiting Tank vent.

Ketika proses discharge sedang berlangsung pastikan vent bekerja.

9. Using Dip Stick supplied, constantly check PCS Storage tank fluid level to confirm when filling
process is complete.

Menggunakan dipstick untuk check level minyak di dalam tangki Ketika proses discharge
sudah selesai.

10. Close Road Tanker compartment discharge Valve, disconnect discharge hose and isolation
valve.

Tutup valve lorry dan lepas sambungan hose di fill point demikian juga valve isolasi di fill point.

Note : grounding masih dalam keadaan tersambung.

11. With Discharge hoses packed away safely, Disconnect Static Ground/Earth cable from PCS
Storage Tank earth connection point and roll and store Static Ground/Earth away safely.

Setelah semua hose discharge baik untuk fuel dan vapor recovery telah dirapikan lepas
sambungan grounding.
