Dengan ini saya, sebagai Calon Mahasiswa BINUS ASO School of Engineering, beserta orang tua/wali saya yang telah mengetahui dan menyetujui, menyatakan
bahwa:
I hereby, as a BINUS ASO School of Engineering Student Candidate, along with my parents/guardian who have acknowledged and agree, declare that:

I. PEMBAYARAN BIAYA PENDIDIKAN

PAYMENT OF EDUCATION FEE

Dengan ini memahami bahwa untuk pelaksanaan, peningkatan, dan pengembangan pendidikan di BINUS ASO School of Engineering (”Universitas”) diperlukan
dana yaitu:
Herewith, I understand that for the education process, improvement, and development conducted at the BINUS ASO School of Engineering (”the University”) requires the following

*) Biaya DP3 dan Biaya Laboratorium dibayarkan mulai dari semester 1 sampai dengan semester 4.
The Development Fee and Lab Fee will be paid from the 1st semester until the 4th semester.

Jika saya mengambil semester pendek, saya setuju untuk membayar Biaya BP3 sebesar Rp 5.750.000,- per semester mengikuti jadwal pembayaran yang akan
ditetapkan kemudian.
If I take a compact semester, I agree to pay the BP3 fee of Rp 5.750.000 per semester following the payment schedule which will be stated later.

Selain itu saya juga menyatakan bersedia memenuhi ketentuan batas akhir pembayaran di bawah ini:

Saya setuju bahwa pengembalian dana yang telah dibayarkan oleh Calon Mahasiswa hanya dapat dilakukan dengan mengikuti ketentuan sebagai berikut*:

Universitas Terbuka dan PTN yang diselenggarakan oleh kementerian lainnya. Ya Ya

The Student Candidate is accepted, at the same time has taken the process of re-registration in a
Public University (PTN) included in the list of Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan
Teknologi Republik Indonesia** level Stratum-1 (S1) except Universitas Terbuka and PTN
organized by other ministries.
Selain Ketentuan No. 1 dan No. 2 di atas TIDAK ADA PENGEMBALIAN / PENGALIHAN DANA DALAM BENTUK APAPUN

 Saya setuju untuk melengkapi semua dokumen yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembalian dana sebelum tanggal 31 Agustus 2024. Setelah tanggal tersebut, saya
setuju tidak akan meminta pengembalian dana yang telah dibayarkan dalam bentuk dan/atau cara apapun.
I agree to complete all the documents needed for a refund before 31 August 2024. After that date, I agree not to ask for a refund diversion of the fees that have
been paid in any form and/or manner.

Saya setuju untuk membayar biaya administrasi sebesar Rp 3.000.000,- untuk perubahan program atau jurusan apapun setelah mengembalikan formulir
pendaftaran.
I agree to pay an administration fee of Rp 3.000.000,- for any changes in the program or major after returning the registration form.

Saya setuju untuk membayar semua cicilan Biaya DP3 dan Biaya Laboratorium apabila saya mengundurkan diri atau dikeluarkan sebelum program studi
berakhir.
I agree to pay all Development Fee and Lab Fee installments if I resign or I am expelled before the study program ends.

Saya setuju pembayaran untuk tiap semester akan dibayarkan melalui virtual account. Tanggal pembayaran akan diumumkan pada papan pengumuman di
lobi dan pada website Universitas setiap semester.
I agree that the payment for each semester will be paid through a virtual account. The payment date will be announced on the lobby announcement board and
on the University’s website every semester.

Saya menyatakan bahwa saya, bersama orang tua/wali saya, akan menerima tanggal pembayaran uang kuliah dan pembayaran lainnya yang dijadwalkan
oleh Universitas. Saya setuju akan menerima keputusan Universitas mengenai sanksi jika tanggal jatuh tempo pembayaran yang dijadwalkan tidak dipenuhi.
I declare that I, with my parents/guardian, will honor the tuition fee and other payment due dates as scheduled by the University. I agree to accept the University’s
decisions on sanctions if any scheduled payment due date is not met.

Jika saya tidak membayar biaya kuliah semester sebelum atau pada tanggal jatuh tempo, saya mengerti bahwa akan dianggap cuti untuk semester itu, dan
harus membayar biaya semester untuk cuti tersebut.
If I have not paid the tuition fee before or on the due date, I understand that I will be assumed to be on leave for that semester and must pay the fixed tuition fee
for that leave.

Jika, karena suatu alasan, saya mengundurkan diri atau dikeluarkan dari Universitas, saya setuju bahwa tidak satu pun pembayaran yang telah dilakukan
sebelumnya dapat dibayar kembali, diganti, atau dikembalikan.
If, for some reason, I resign or am expelled from the University, I agree that none of the payments which had previously been made can be reimbursed,
recompensed, or returned.

II. KEBENARAN DOKUMEN KELULUSAN SMTA ATAU SEDERAJAT

AUTHENTICITY OF DOCUMENTS OF SMTA OR EQUIVALENT GRADUATES
Dengan ini menyatakan bahwa saya adalah benar sedang menjalani pendidikan jenjang SMTA atau sederajat atau telah menyelesaikan pendidikan jenjang SMTA
atau sederajat, sehingga apabila diketahui bahwa dokumen-dokumen kelulusan SMTA atau sederajat atas nama saya palsu/tidak sah/tidak resmi, maka saya bersedia
menerima keputusan dari pihak Universitas untuk membatalkan penerimaan mahasiswa baru atas nama saya, serta saya berjanji untuk tidak menarik kembali
pembayaran yang sudah dilakukan.
I hereby state that I am currently taking the Senior High School (SMTA) or equivalent education or have completed the SMTA or equivalent education level. Should it be found out that the
documents of the SMTA or equivalent graduate bearing my name are fake/invalid/unauthorized, I shall be ready to accept the decision of the University for cancelling the acceptance of the
student in my name, and I undertake a covenant not to ask for a return of the payment made.

III. PERATURAN YANG BERLAKU DI BINUS ASO SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING

REGULATIONS APPLIED AT BINUS ASO SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING
Dengan ini menyatakan bahwa pada saat saya dinyatakan sebagai mahasiswa Universitas maka saya bersedia menaati Tata Tertib Kehidupan Kampus, Aturan Umum
Bidang Akademik, dan semua peraturan yang berlaku di lingkungan Universitas.
Apabila saya tidak aktif kuliah pada semester 1 dan 2 tanpa pemberitahuan dalam bentuk apapun kepada Universitas walaupun sudah melunasi biaya kuliah di
semester 1, maka saya bersedia dianggap mengundurkan diri secara otomatis dari Universitas.
Hereby, I certify that when I am declared as a student of the University, I shall be willing to observe the Discipline of Campus Life, Academic General Rules, and all regulations applied in the
environment of the University.
If I am inactive in semester 1 and 2 without any notification in any form to the University even though the payment for semester 1 has been paid in full, then I agree to be deemed to have
resigned automatically from the University.

IV. KEPEMILIKAN, PENGGUNAAN DAN PENGEDARAN OBAT-OBAT TERLARANG

OWNERSHIP, USE AND CIRCULATION/DISTRIBUTION OF PROHIBITED DRUGS
Dengan ini menyatakan bahwa pada saat saya dinyatakan sebagai mahasiswa Universitas maka saya menyetujui secara menyeluruh kebijakan mengenai Kepemilikan,
Penggunaan dan Pengedaran Obat-obat Terlarang, antara lain:
Hereby, I certify that when I am declared as a student of the University, I shall fully agree to follow the policy on the Ownership, Use and Circulation/Distribution of Prohibited Drugs as follows:

A. Obat-obat terlarang seperti narkotika, obat perangsang, obat tidur, opium, obat penenang, obat bius dan marijuana dilarang keberadaannya di Universitas.
Drugs like narcotics, stimulants, sleeping pills, opium, sedatives, and marijuana shall be prohibited in the University.
B. Mahasiswa yang terbukti menggunakan, menyimpan, membeli barang – barang psikotropika dan/atau zat-zat adiktif lainnya akan dikenakan sanksi
diberhentikan sebagai mahasiswa Universitas.
Any student proven using, keeping, or buying psychotropic and/or other addictive substances shall be subject to the sanction of being expelled from the University.
C. Mahasiswa yang terbukti mengedarkan serta menjual barang-barang psikotropika dan/atau zat-zat adiktif lainnya akan dikenakan sanksi diberhentikan sebagai
mahasiswa Universitas dan diserahkan ke kepolisian.
Any student proven circulating and selling psychotropic and/or other addictive substances shall be subject to the sanction of being expelled from the University and handed over to the
police.
D. Student Club & Activity Center diberi wewenang oleh Pimpinan Universitas untuk bertanggung jawab dalam memulai, mengoordinasikan, dan menyelia semua
prosedur yang berkenaan dengan kebijakan ini, bertindak secara koordinatif dengan para pejabat Universitas.
The Student Club & Activity Center shall be authorized by the Management of the University to be responsible for commencing, coordinating, and supervising all procedures related to
this policy, acting in coordination with the officials of the University.

[ V ] Bahwa saya memahami ketentuan dan kebijakan yang tercantum di atas dengan benar dan apabila saya melanggar ketentuan dan kebijakan di atas, saya akan secara
sadar dan ikhlas menerima sanksi-sanksi yang telah ditentukan menurut kebijakan di atas, bahkan bersedia dikeluarkan dari Universitas tanpa menuntut apapun
juga termasuk pengembalian atau pengalihan dana yang sudah dibayarkan.
Surat Pernyataan ini saya buat dalam keadaan sehat dan tanpa pengaruh atau paksaan pihak manapun, dan diketahui serta disetujui oleh orang tua/wali saya, dan
dapat diberlakukan selama saya menjadi mahasiswa Universitas.
I understand the conditions and policies specified above and in the case that I breach the above conditions and policies, I shall consciously and willingly accept the sanctions specified based
on the above policies, including the possibility of expulsion from the University without making any claim whatsoever, such as asking for a refund or transfer of the funds paid.
I made this Letter of Statement in a sound condition without any influence or pressure of any party whosoever, acknowledged and agreed by my parents/guardian, and it may be
applied as long as I am a student of the University.
