A. PERATURAN UMUM
1. Keputusan panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
2. Panitia berhak menginterpretasikan peraturan sesuai persepsi panitia.
3. Peraturan permainan yang digunakan dalam 3X3 Basketball Competition
adalah peraturan FIBA 3X3 2016. Peraturan pertandingan disesuaikan
dengan kebutuhan 3X3 Basketball Competition.
4. Panitia berwenang penuh menerima dan menolak peserta peraturan 3X3
Basketball Competition.
5. Peserta 3X3 Basketball Competition wajib hadir ketika Technical Meeting.
Setiap tim dihadiri perwakilan dua orang pemain dengan memakai pakaian rapi
(minimal mengenakan kaos berkerah, celana panjang, dan bersepatu).
6. Peserta 3X3 Basketball Competitionyang tidak hadir dalam Technical
Meeting dianggap setuju dan mengikuti semua kesepakatan yang dibahas saat
Technical Meeting.
7. Waktu dan tempat pertandingan:
a. 3X3 Basketball Competitionakan dilaksanakan pada :
• Hari : Kamis – Jum’at
• Tanggal : 23-24 November 2023
• Waktu :
• Kamis, 23 November 2023 : Pukul 08.00 WIB – Selesai
• Jum’at, 24 November 2023 : Pukul 14.00 WIB - Selesai
• Tempat : Sport Center IIK Bhakti Wiyata lt. 6
8. Setiap tim terdiri dari maksimal 4 orang pemain. Peserta tidak boleh merangkap
sebagai pemain tim lain, panitia, dan petugas pertandingan. Setiap sekolah / club
boleh mendaftarkan lebih dari satu tim.
9. Peserta terbagi menjadi 6 Kategori, yaitu :
a. SMA/Sederajat – Putra
b. SMA/Sederajat – Putri
10. Peserta 3X3 Basketball Competition wajib mengisi link dengan lengkap yang
sudah di sediakan oleh panitia pelaksana 3X3 Basketball Competition dan
telah mengumpulkan berkas persyaratan sebelum Technical Meeting
dilaksanakan.
 11. Peserta wajib menyetujui dan mentaati jadwal pertandingan yang telah disusun
oleh panitia.
12. Peserta wajib hadir di venue dan melakukan daftar ulang minimal 1 jam sebelum
jadwal pertandingan yang telah ditentukan panitia.

13. Seluruh peserta yang melanggar peraturan 3X3 Basketball Competition, akan
dikenai sanksi dikeluarkan dari turnamen.

14. Syarat pendaftaran:

a. Mengisi link yang telah disediakan oleh panitia dengan lengkap.
b. Mengumpulkan berkas saat Technical Meeting :
• Fotokopi KTP / Kartu Pelajar ( 1 Lembar )
c. Membayar biaya pendaftaran untuk setiap tim.

B. PERATURAN KHUSUS
I.SISTEM DAN WAKTU PERTANDINGAN
A. SISTEM PERTANDINGAN
a. Kategori SMA/Sederajat Putra
 Jumlah Target Tim : 16 tim
 Sistem Pertandingan : Knock Out
b. Kategori SMA/Sederajat Putri
 Jumlah Target Tim : 16 Tim
 Sistem pertandingan : Knock Out

B. WAKTU PERTANDINGAN
1. Waktu Pertandingan Tiap Kategori :
a. SMA/Sederajat Putra
• Penyisihan : 10 menit (kotor) dan 30 detik time out untuk masing-
masing tim.
• Semifinal dan Final : 10 menit (1 menit terakhir bersih) dan 30 detik time
out untuk masing-masing tim.
b. SMA/Sederajat Putri
• Penyisihan : 10 menit (kotor) dan 30 detik time out untuk masing-
masing tim.
• Semifinal dan Final : 10 menit (1 menit terakhir bersih) dan 30 detik time
out untuk masing-masing tim.

2. Peraturan permainan yang digunakan dalam 3X3 Basketball

Competitionadalah FIBA 3X3 2016 dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan 3X3
Basketball Competition
3. Sistem pertandingan yang digunakan dalam 3X3 Basketball Competition
adalah sistem yang telah dijelaskan pada Poin A.
4. Penentuan lawan menggunakan sistem drawing.
 5. Tim yang meraih 21 poin terlebih dahulu sebelum waktu pertandingan selesai,
dinyatakan sebagai pemenang.
6. Jika skor kedua tim sama hingga waktu pertandingan berakhir, akan
diberlakukan overtime dengan sistem sudden death. Tim yang mencetak 2 poin
terlebih dahulu akan dinyatakan sebagai pemenang.
7. Shotclock yang digunakan adalah 12 detik.
8. Tim yang secara akumulasi telah melakukan 6 kali fouls, akan dikenai team
fouls.
9. Fouls 7, 8 dan 9 akan mendapatkan 2 free throw. Fouls ke 10 dan berikutnya
serta “Unsportsmanlike Fouls” akan mendapatkan 2 free throw dan
penguasaan bola.
10. Hukuman Technical Fouls akan mendapatkan 1 free throw dan
penguasaan bola.
11. Saat pertandingan, seluruh peserta tim tidak diperkenankan untuk menerima
arahan dan masukan dari orang luar selain anggota tim tersebut baik di luar atau
di dalam lapangan. Pemain yang meninggalkan bench ataupun mendengarkan
arahan dari orang luar, akan dibebankan Technical Foul.
12. Jatah time out adalah 1 kali dalam 1 pertandingan dan bisa diambil kapan saja.
Jatah
time out adalah 30 detik. Ketika time out waktu permainan akan berhenti.
13. Bola yang digunakan dalam 3X3 Basketball Competitionuntuk putra dan
putri adalah bola ukuran 6.

II. KOSTUM
1. Setiap tim WAJIB memiliki sendiri minimal DUA (terang dan gelap)
kostum basket yang sudah disetujui oleh panitia 3X3 Basketball
Competition
2. Panitia berhak melarang pemain yang melanggar untuk bertanding.
3. Setiap tim wajib menggunakan celana basket seragam satu tim, baik
warna, desain dan motif. Panitia berhak melarang pemain yang
melanggar untuk bertanding.
4. Pemakaian baju dalaman dan jilbab diperbolehkan dengan ketentuan
sebagai berikut:
a. Baju dalaman berlengan panjang hanya boleh digunakan oleh pemain
berjilbab.
b. Baju dalaman berlengan pendek (tidak melewati batas siku) boleh
digunakan oleh semua pemain.
c. Warna baju dalaman dan jilbab yang diperbolehkan hanya warna hitam
atau putih (harus sama warna jilbab dan baju dalaman).
d. Pemakaian kostum basket (atasan dan bawahan), jilbab, dan baju
dalaman (lengan panjang atau pendek) harus seragam (model dan
warna) dengan rekan setimnya.
5. Untuk penggunaan seluruh aksesoris seperti Arm Sleeve, Leg Sleeve,
Deker Knee, Deker Ankle, Celana Dalaman, Baju Dalaman, Headband,
Handband, Wristband dan yang lainnya WAJIB berwarna HITAM atau
 PUTIH saja. Penggunaan aksesoris ini WAJIB seragam dan sewarna
dengan rekan se-tim-nya.
6. Kaus kaki pemain hanya diperbolehkan warna hitam atau putih. Seluruh
pemain harus menggunakan kaus kaki yang seragam (sama).
7. Seluruh aksesoris dan kostum yang dipakai dalam pertandingan harus
ditunjukkan dan mendapat persetujuan panitia 3X3 Basketball
Competition.

III. HIMBAUAN, PELANGGARAN, DAN SANKSI

1. Seluruh peserta 3X3 Basketball Competition dihimbau untuk tidak
melakukan kerusakan properti, perlengkapan, dan peralatan penunjang
acara 3X3 Basketball Competition. Apabila terjadi kerusakan baik
sengaja maupun tidak sengaja maka peserta akan dikenai sanksi
berupa membayar denda ganti rugi kerusakan senilai Rp 5.000.000,- .
2. Pengawas Pertandingan, atau Panitia (Komisi Pertandingan), bisa
menjadi saksi terhadap pelanggaran yang terjadi di lapangan
(pelanggaran non verbal dan verbal) dan memiliki hak penuh mengambil
keputusan. Pelanggaran yang terjadi di lapangan akan diproses setelah
pertandingan. Sanksi yang diberikan adalah dikeluarkan dari turnamen.
3. Tim yang saat pertandingan datang terlambat melebihi toleransi
keterlambatan (2 kali panggilan setiap 2 menit) dianggap kalah dengan
skor 10-0. Tim akan dikeluarkan dari turnamen.
4. Tim yang tidak dilengkapi minimal 3 (tiga) pemain, dianggap kalah 10-0
dan dikeluarkan dari turnamen.
5. Jika terjadi perkelahian baik di dalam maupun di luar pertandingan, akan
diberlakukan sanksi sebagai berikut:
a. Perkelahian perorangan (melibatkan 2 orang), maka kedua pemain
tersebut dikeluarkan dari turnamen dan membayar denda senilai Rp
10.000.000,-/ orang .
b. Perkelahian masal (melibatkan lebih dari 2 orang), maka kedua tim
akan dikeluarkan dari turnamen dan membayar denda senilai Rp
10.000.000,-/orang .
6. Seluruh peserta 3X3 Basketball Competitiondan suporternya dilarang
menghina (secara verbal atau non verbal) kepada wasit, panitia, petugas
pertandingan, dan peserta 3X3 Basketball Competition lainnya.
Pelanggar pasal ini akan dikenai sanksi dikeluarkan dari turnamen. Jika
terbukti suporter tim berbuat keonaran, maka sanksi yang diberlakukan
kepada tim adalah dikeluarkan dari turnamen dan membayar denda
senilai Rp 5.000.000,- .
7. Bagi tim yang mengundurkan diri dari 3X3 Basketball Competition
setelah menyerahkan daftar nama pemainakan dianggap dikeluarkan
dari turnamen.
8. Semua tim yang dikeluarkan dari turnamen, diskualifikasi, maupun tim
yang tidak memenuhi syarat bertanding dapat dijatuhkan sanksi
 skorsing tidak boleh mengikuti 3X3 Basketball Competitiondalam
jangka waktu yang ditentukan kemudian.
9. Seluruh peserta 3X3 Basketball Competition yang melanggar peraturan
umum maupun peraturan khusus, dapat dikenai sanksi dikeluarkan dari
turnamen dan membayar denda. Panitia juga berhak menjatuhkan sanksi
skorsing tidak boleh mengikuti 3X3 Basketball Competition dalam
jangka waktu tertentu kepada tim maupun individu yang bersangkutan.
Tim maupun individu yang bersangkutan juga dapat dilarang mengikuti
event yang diadakan oleh Panitia.
10. Pemain akan didiskualifikasi ketika telah dibebankan dengan 2
unsportsmanlike foul sesuai peraturan FIBA 3X3 2016. Pemain tersebut
masih dapat melanjutkan permainan di 1 pertandingan selanjutnya
apabila timnya lolos ke babak selanjutnya.
11. Apabila telah ditemukan manipulasi data pemain akan di diskualifikasi
dan dikenakan denda Rp.1.000.000,-

IV. PROTES
1. Kapten tim yang mengajukan protes wajib menandatangani scoresheet
dahulu.
2. Protes harus dilakukan secara formal dan tertulis, serta diketahui dan
ditandatangani oleh kapten tim yang melakukan protes. Batas waktu
pengajuan protes maksimal 15 menit setelah kejadian.
3. Protes yang diajukan (dalam bentuk apa pun) tidak akan mengubah hasil
pertandingan.

V. JUARA
 Hadiah Juara 1 Putra dan Putri : 1.500.000,00
 Hadiah Juara 2 Putra dan Putri : 1.000.000,00

VI. TAMBAHAN
1. Panitia hanya menyediakan pertolongan pertama saat event 3X3
Basketball Competition
2. Panitia hanya 3X3 Basketball Competition menyediakan tempat untuk
menitipkan barang saat pertandigan.
3. Peraturan bisa berubah dan bertambah sesuai kebutuhan panitia (Bila
ada perubahan, akan dipublikasikan, ditempel di venue).
4. Semua peserta 3X3 Basketball Competition wajib bersedia jika panitia
meminta untuk memberikan ulasan di media (cetak maupun elektronik).
5. Pemain yang mengundurkan diri dari rangkaian kegiatan 3X3
Basketball Competitionakan dikenakan sanksi untuk individu yang
bersangkutan maupun club (sudah dijelaskan di pasal pelanggaran dan
sanksi).

 Generic FIBA-endorsed 3x3 Event Term and Conditions

The following rules have been designed to ensure fair play for all participants, from players to
referees and table officials. You have read and understand these rules prior to participation,
and you agree that these rules shall govern your participation in the event. The event
organizer may amend these rules with additional terms and conditions.

Any questions concerning these rules should be directed to the organizer of the event.

Good sportsmanship

Good sportsmanship and cooperation is both anticipated and expected. The team captain
shall aid in controlling teammates’ and team followers’ conduct and will represent his/her
team as a spokesperson at all times during the event.

Poor sportsmanship, including acts such as fighting, taunting, intimidating or verbally

attacking an event official, player or spectator may lead to forfeit of the game and/or removal
of that player, team and/or spectator from the event, and further sanctions by the event
organizer, National Basketball Federation or FIBA (International Basketball Federation).

Eligibility

Each team must have minimum three (3) and maximum four (4) players on its event roster
that have been registered by the predetermined entry deadline and one of whom is
designated as team captain. As information provided to the organizer of the event during
registration is the basis for event scheduling, any false information is grounds for
disqualification.

Additions and/or changes to any roster must be directly managed on play.fiba3x3.com and/or
communicated in writing to the organizer, and must be completed prior to the start of a team's
first game of the event. A player is allowed to participate for only one team within the same
category for the duration of the event.

Only the players listed on the event roster are eligible to play. The organizer of the event
reserves the right to request identification from players at any time during the event.
Therefore, all participants are encouraged to bring valid picture identification documents to
the event.

Game Times

All printed schedules, if any, handed out by the organizer of the event are effective through
only the event’s first game. Unless otherwise communicated by the organizer of the event,

following the event’s first game, each team is required to check the master scoreboard, event
web site and/or play.fiba3x3.com for all official schedules, times, courts, revisions, and
general game information.

Teams must be ready to begin play at their scheduled start time. Teams are encouraged to
remain in contact with their court to observe the effects of scheduling changes that could
occur mainly due to weather or other unexpected delays. Bad weather and non-playable
situations may result in the modification or cancellation of the event. Under these unlikely
circumstances team entry fees will not be refunded.

Authorized Equipment & Apparel

As a player, you are not allowed to wear a guard, cast, hard brace or other potentially
dangerous equipment on your elbow, hand, wrist, finger, or forearm, including equipment
made of hard leather, plastic, plaster or metal – even if the equipment is covered with soft
padding. Soft braces, sleeves and wraps will be allowed unless they pose a danger to other
players. In addition, jewelry, hair bands and clips will not be allowed. The organizer of the
event retains the right to disallow any equipment or apparel that it judges to be dangerous or
inappropriate.

Rules of the Game / Refereeing

All games are played in accordance with the official 3x3 Rules of the Game (available for
download at https://fiba3x3.com/rules)

As an amendment to the official 3x3 Rules of the Game, an organizer can forfeit a game if a
team is not on the court ready to play on the scheduled time.

Without prejudice of the official 3x3 Rules of the Game, decisions made by the referees are
final, and are not subject to review by video or other recordings, or other sources. The
referees shall have the power to make decisions on any point not specifically covered in the
official 3x3 Rules of the Game and to interpret the intent and purpose thereof.

After the Game

Unless otherwise communicated by the organizer of the event, the captain of the winning
team must obtain the score sheet from the referee or court monitor and deliver this score
sheet to the master Scoreboard. The master scoreboard contains the official schedule for the
event. After each game, each team must check the master scoreboard for further scheduling
and information.

Competition Administration

Any questions or disputes will be discussed only with the team captain. All disputes which do
not fall under the authority of the referees must be brought to the attention of the organizer of
the event as soon as the incident in question has happened. Disputes will not be heard after
the event has been completed.

Organizer's Disclaimer

You participate in the event at your own risk and will take all reasonable measures to protect
yourself from the risks of participation. You are responsible for all property you bring into the
event.

The organizer of the event (and its respective members, directors, officers, employees,
volunteers, contractors or agents) is exempted from any liability to the extent permitted by
law for any loss, injury or damage that you may suffer in relation to your participation in the
event.

Anti-Doping

You agree to comply with the Anti-Doping rules of the Fédération Internationale de
Basketball, Route Suisse, 5, PO Box 29, 1295 Mies, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as
“FIBA”) currently in force (Book 4 of the FIBA Internal Regulations, available for download at
http://www.fiba.com/) and you accept the jurisdiction of the bodies referred to therein. You
agree to submit to the doping control tests (including out of competition tests by FIBA, WADA
or any organisation commissioned by FIBA), to accept the results of such tests and to abide
by the respective regulations as applicable from time to time. You agree that your National
Federation may forward your personal data to FIBA for use in connection with doping control
tests, results management and disciplinary proceedings. You have read and understood the
players’ information notice regarding doping-control related data (available for download at
http://www.fiba.com/) and hereby consent to the processing of your personal data in
accordance with the applicable anti-doping regulations.

FIBA sanctions for misconduct

You agree not to engage in any acts or omissions contrary to the spirit of fair play, clean
game and non-violence and/or violating the FIBA Code of Ethics (Book 1, Chapter III of the
FIBA Internal Regulations, available for download at http://www.fiba.com) and/or the FIBA
Code of Conduct and Fair Play (Book 2, Chapter VIII of the FIBA Internal Regulations,
available for download at http://www.fiba.com). You agree that any such acts or omissions
will be communicated to FIBA. You further agree that FIBA may, as a consequence, sanction
you in accordance with Book 1, Chapters III, VI and VII of the FIBA Internal Regulations

(available for download at http://www.fiba.com), including suspending you from participation
in FIBA-endorsed 3x3 Competitions and/or other FIBA disciplines, and/or deducting part or all
of your individual ranking points. Alternatively or in addition, you may be provisionally or
permanently excluded from play.fiba3x3.com and/or subjected to sanctions provided in any
other document to which you have agreed or may agree in connection with FIBA-endorsed
3x3 Competitions, depending on the seriousness of the violation.

For the avoidance of doubt, the aforementioned violations may lead to sanctions against the
entire team depending on the other team members' contribution (also through non-action) to
the violation.

Rights and disclaimer of FIBA

If you are registering for an event/competition on play.fiba3x3.com and the event/competition

is subject to a registration fee, you may be offered or required to pay the registration fee to
the organizer of the event via PayPal as part of the registration process. You acknowledge
and agree that FIBA is not involved in and has no control over the payment process. FIBA
therefore cannot be held liable for any problems or damages that may arise in connection
with the payment or the payment process.

You agree that FIBA may contact you by email in order to invite you to sign up to
play.fiba3x3.com and/or to inform you about FIBA 3x3 related matters that may be of interest
to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time and should do so by email to
3x3@fiba.com.

You acknowledge and agree that FIBA (and its respective members, directors, officers,
employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors or agents) is not involved in the organization of
the event and is exempted from any liability to the extent permitted by law for any loss, injury
or damage that you may suffer in relation to your participation in the event.
