1. Write your PKL place (nama

PKL)
2. Write your name, class, and
school
3. Give a picture (bisa gambar
PT/bengkelnya) sesuai kreasi

4. Give your picture in the PKL

place (misalnya foto gaya atau
foto candid ketika
mengoperasikan mesin)
5. Write the reasons and
purposes of PKL (alasan dan
tujuan PKL, sudah ada contoh
di gambar slide ke-2 paragraf
1 dan 2)
6. Write your PKL place and
time and your
division/department (kamu
ada di divisi apa)
7. Give pictures of your PKL
place (foto bengkel/PT nya
sesuai kreasi)
8. Write the brief history of the
company (sejarah
singkat/deskripsi tentang
bengkel/PT nya, misal lokasi,
didirikan tahun berapa,
pemiliknya, usahanya apa, dll)

9. Describe some of the job

descriptions in your
company/workshop (tulis dan
deskripsikan beberapa
pekerjaan di PT/bengkelmu)
10. Give some pictures of the
workers there (berikan
beberapa gambar pekerja di
sana dan beri caption;
misalnya Mr. Tom as the
supervisor
 11. Give the types of products
and/or services of your
company/workshop (Tuliskan
tipe produk dan/atau jasa
dari PT/bengkel
12. Give the pictures of the
products/services and the
name (boleh lebih dr 1
lembar, disesuaikan saja)

13. Write your working hours

(tulis jam kerja dan hari)
14. Write your responsibilities
and tasks (tuliskan tanggung
jawab dan tugas-tugasmu)
15. Give some pictures when
your work (berikan beberapa
gambar ketika kamu kerja)
16. You can write more than 1
page (bisa lebih dr 1 lembar)
17. Write some problems when
you have industrial practice
(tuliskan masalah2 yg kamu
temui + beberapa gambar)

18. Write the solutions of your

problems when you have
industrial practice (tuliskan
solusi dari masalah2 yg kamu
temui + beberapa gambar)
 19. Write the timeline of your
industrial practice (tuliskan
linimasa PKL, mulai dari
pembekalan, penerjunan,
monitoring, penarikan, dan
uji PKL)
20. Lay out bisa disesuaikan

21. Give some pictures as

documentation (kalau bisa
tuliskan caption untuk
penjelasan gambar)
22. Bisa juga tambah video
dengan diubah ke qr code
(upload video di
youtube/tiktok/google drive,
nanti ubah link ke qr code
(cara: cari saja qr code
maker). Ini opsional saja
(boleh ada atau tidak untuk
video)
23. Make as creative as you want
(bisa diberi gambar/foto saat
PKL, ditambah kesan/pesan
atau tulisan terima kasih saja,
bisa ditambah ada alamat, no
hp, alamat IG/tiktok atau
tidak juga tidak apa-apa)
