Issue sticker tanggalan unit RBS no. 24 dalam
keadaan hilang di area depan office warehouse
pos security 2, untuk sementara sticker
tanggalan unit tersebut diganti menggunakan
sticker model umum.
Akan kami recap & ganti kembali saat next visit.
Terdapat dahan pohon yg menempel pd
perimeter ring pagar di sekitaran lap.voli dsb yg
berpotensi menjadi akses pest (rodent dll).
Action : Inspeksi area.
Rekomendasi : Untuk meminimalisir potensi
akses pest mohon dahan pohon yg menempel
ring pagar dipangkas secara berkala.
Terdapat celah pada jalur kabel yg terkoneksi
ke area dalam produksi di area dekat WWTP
outdoor, berpotensi menjadi akses pest (rodent
dll).
Action : Inspeksi area.
Rekomendasi : Untuk meminimalisir potensi
akses pest mohon celah jalur kabel tersebut
ditutup sealant foam/ sejenisnya secara proper.
Terdapag tumpukan barang yg telah lama
menetap/ jarang dibongkar di area lap. voli dsb
yg berpotensi menjadi tempat resting pest (ular,
rodent dll).
Action : Inspeksi area.
Rekomendasi : Untuk meminimalisir potensi
resting pest mohon tumpukan barang tersebut
dirotasi secara berkala.
Terdapat celah pd jalur kabel AC outdoor di
area main office yg terkoneksi ke area dalam,
berpotensi menjadi akses pest (rodent dll).
Action : Inspeksi area.
Rekomendasi : Untuk meminimalisir potensi
akses pest mohon celah jalur kabel tersebut
ditutup secara proper.
Adanya tangkapan 1 ekor shrew pada unit
snake trap dekat toilet lap. voli, tumpukan
barang yg telah lama menetap/ jarang
dibongkar berpotensi menjadi tempat resting
pest (rodent dll).
Action : Evakuasi shrew & penggantian
glueboard.

Terdapat celah pada bagian samping & bawah
pintu gerbang pos security 2 yg berpotensi
menjadi akses pest (kucing dll).
Action : Inspeksi area.
Rekomendasi : Untuk meminimalisir potensi
akses pest mohon celah pintu gerbang tersebut
ditutup plat/ sejenisnya secara proper.
Terdapat area vegetasi yg sudah mulai lebat di
area lap. voli dsb yg berpotensi menjadi tempat
resting pest (ular dll).
Action : Inspeksi area.
Rekomendasi : Untuk meminimalisir potensi
resting pest mohon area vegetasi yg sudah
mulai lebat agar dipangkas secara berkala.
