Dengan hormat
Kami menginformasikan bahwa Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan,
Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta akan menyelenggarakan 4th International Conference on
Sustainable Infrastructure (ICSI 2021) pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2021 di Yogyakarta. Sehubungan
dengan pandemi Covid-19, tahun ini konferensi internasional ini akan kami selenggarakan secara
virtual.
Tahun ini kami telah bekerjasama dengan American Institute of Physics (AIP) Publishing
untuk menerbitkan artikel dari konferensi ini dalam edisi khusus AIP Conference Proceedings
(tahun 2021 terindeks oleh Scopus, dll). Oleh karena itu, kami mengundang Bapak/Ibu untuk
mengirimkan abstrak karya ilmiah, mengikuti konferensi, dan menerbitkan artikel ilmiahnya
dalam edisi khusus tersebut. Timeline pelaksanaan konferensi, registration fee serta format
Extended Abstract kami lampirkan dalam surat ini. Adapun topik konferensi dan informasi lebih
lengkap mengenai pelaksanaan konferensi ini dapat dilihat di website kami: icsi.uny.ac.id.
Mengingat waktu yang cukup singkat dan terbatasnya kuota artikel yang bisa diterbitkan,
Bapak/Ibu bisa sesegera mungkin melakukan registrasi dan submission melalui laman konferensi
kami (paling lambat 18 September 2021). Apabila Bapak/Ibu memerlukan informasi ataupun
mengalami kesulitan dalam proses registrasi, silakan menghubungi E-mail panitia: icsi@uny.ac.id

Biaya pendaftaran meliputi: partisipasi dalam sesi plenary oleh keynote dan invited speakers, buku

Biaya publikasi dibayarkan setelah author mengumpulkan fullpaper dalam format yang sudah
camera-ready dan dinyatakan layak untuk dikirimkan ke AIP Publishing. Biaya ini mungkin ada
penambahan apabila artikel yang ditulis melebihi 8 halaman atau memerlukan perbaikan bahasa
yang signifikan.

TITLE OF EXTENDED ABSTRACT FOR THE 4TH INTERNATIONAL

CONFERENCE ON SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE 2021

ABSTRACT

This document presents the instructions needed to prepare the extended abstract to be included in the
program book proceedings of the ICSI 2021. All abstracts should only be written in English. The
abstract should be submitted in Microsoft Word format. It should start with the paper’s title, authors,
address, followed by the Abstract's text and the keywords (up to five). Please, indicate the main author
of the paper with an asterisk (*). Abstract should not include any table, picture, figure, etc. Please, briefly
explain the aim and scope of your study, your materials and methods, and the main results of the
study. The abstract should be written in MS Word format in single-spaced in 11 point Times New
Roman. The abstract should consist 300 - 400 words. Do not indent the text paragraphs. Do not include
any table, figure and graph. Please, do not write your references in your abstract. Authors are
requested to submit Abstracts in electronic form (MS-Word) via website submission system or if you
have any difficulties, you can contact: icsi@uny.ac.id. The scientific committee will review your
abstracts and within 1 -2 weeks will inform you about the results. However, the incorrect formats may result
in your abstract being returned to you by e-mail. Your extended abstract (without full text) will be printed
in the conference program book. The selected full papers [after the works are being presented in the
conference] will be published in the AIP Conference Proceeding (indexed by Scopus in 2021). Authors
must submit the full paper(s) in accordance with the template provided by AIP Publishing.

Keywords: Abstract, Template, up to 5 words arranged in alphabetical order.

sampaikan berikut ini. Setelah mengikuti langkah-langkah awal, Anda akan menerima email untuk
melakukan aktivasi akun. Namun, karena batasan di server kami, ada kemungkinan juga email
aktivasi akan diidentifikasi sebagai email spam atau terkirim melalui aplikasi pihak ketiga (Boxbe,
aman untuk dibuka). Silakan periksa folder spam Anda jika Anda belum menerima tautan aktivasi.
