Dengan hormat
Kami menginformasikan bahwa Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan,
Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (PTSP FT UNY) akan menyelenggarakan 2nd International
Conference on Sustainable Infrastructure (ICSI 2019) pada tanggal 28-29 Oktober 2019 di
Yogyakarta. Kami telah bekerjasama dengan IOP Publishing untuk menerbitkan artikel dari
konferensi ini dalam edisi khusus Journal of Physics: Conference Series (diindex oleh Scopus,
dll).
Oleh karena itu, kami mengundang Bapak/Ibu untuk mengikuti konferensi ini dan
menerbitkan artikel ilmiahnya dalam edisi khusus tersebut. Timeline pelaksanaan konferensi,
registration fee serta format Extended Abstract kami lampirkan dalam surat ini. Adapun topik
konferensi dan informasi lebih lengkap mengenai pelaksanaan konferensi ini dapat dilihat di
website kami: icsi.uny.ac.id.
Mengingat waktu yang cukup singkat dan terbatasnya kuota artikel yang bisa diterbitkan,
Bapak/Ibu bisa sesegera mungkin melakukan registrasi dan submission melalui laman konferensi
kami (paling lambat 14 Oktober 2019). Apabila Bapak/Ibu memerlukan informasi ataupun

pokok-pokok temuannya untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dari peserta konferensi lainnya.

Biaya pendaftaran meliputi: partisipasi dalam semua sesi konferensi, conference kit (termasuk
buku program dan abstrak, setifikat, dll), makan siang dan rehat kopi.
Biaya publikasi dibayarkan setelah author mengumpulkan fullpaper dalam format yang sudah
camera-ready.

ABSTRACT

This document presents the instructions needed to prepare the extended abstract to be included in the
program book proceedings of the ICSI 2019. All abstracts should only be written in English. The
abstract should be submitted in Microsoft Word format. It should start with the paper’s title, authors,
address, followed by the Abstract's text and the keywords (up to five). Please, indicate the main author
of the paper with an asterisk (*). Abstract should not include any table, picture, figure, etc. Please, briefly
explain the aim and scope of your study, your materials and methods, and the main conclusions of the
study. The abstract should be written in MS Word format in single-spaced in 11 point Times New Roman.
The abstract should consist 300 - 500 words. Do not indent the text paragraphs. Do not include any table,
figure and graph. Please, do not write your references in your abstract. Authors are requested to
submit Abstracts in electronic form (MS-Word) via website submission system or if you have any
difficulties, you can contact: icsi@uny.ac.id. The scientific committee will review your abstracts and
within 1 -2 weeks will inform you about the results. However, the incorrect formats may result in your
abstract being returned to you by e-mail. Your extended abstract (without full text) will be printed in the
conference program book. The selected full papers [after the works are being presented in the
conference] will be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (indexed by Scopus).
Authors must submit the full paper(s) in accordance with the template provided by IOP Publishing.

Keywords: Abstract, Template, up to 5 words arranged in alphabetical order.
