Pasien masuk ke RS Sawerigading Palopo
diantar oleh ibunya dengan keluhan
utama demam 4 hari Sebelum masuk
rumah sakit. Demam secara tiba tiba dan
terus menerus.

lendir (-), darah (-) Nafsu makan menurun.
BAB normal. BAK normal. Riwayat
perdarahan gusi (+) riwayat epistaksis 1
hari yang lalu

Riwayat demam tinggi pada usia 1 Imunisasi wajib lengkap

Riwayat overweight sejak usia 3 tahun BCG : 1 kali
Riwayat keluarga dengan keluhan yang Polio : 4 kali
sama disangkal DPT : 3 kali
Keterangan tambahan : Keluarga pasien Campak : 1 kali
memberikan keterangan bahwa pasien
pernah menginap di rumah kerabat
yang banyak nyamuk. (Riwayat kasus
DBD tidak diketahui)

Berat badan lahir 3400 gram, panjang Tidak ada
badan lahir 49 cm, lingkar kepala waktu
lahir tidak diketahui. Berat badan
sekarang 61,2 kg : gizi obesitas, ditandai
dengan BB/TB = 149%. Perkembangan
pasien sesuai dengan perkembangan anak
normal

Seorang anak laki-laki usia 12 tahun masuk ke RS

Sawerigading diantar oleh orang tuanya pada tanggal 26
Desember 2016 pukul 12.00 wita dengan keluhan demam,
muntah, sakit kepala dan nyeri perut, yang dialami sejak 2
hari sebelum masuk rumah sakit. Frekuensi muntah >3kali,
konsistensi cairan, tidak berlendir, dan tidak mengandung
darah. Pasien juga mengeluh demam tersebut timbul
mendadak dan menetap sejak 4 hari yang lalu. Kejang (-),
batuk (-), sesak (-), mual (+), penurunan nafsu makan (+).
BAB : Normal BAK: Lancar, kuning. Riwayat epistaksis (+)

<20 mmHg, sianosis, anak tampak gelisah
Derajat 4 : Syok berat. Nadi tidak teraba, TD tidak tr

DBD Derajat 3 dan 4 disebut juga Demam Berdarah Dengue dengan syok, atau Dengue Shock
Syndrome (DSS)

Pada ensefalopati cenderung terjadi edema otak dan alkalosis,

maka bila syok tidak teratasi, cairan diganti dengan cairan yang
tidak mengandung HCO3 dan jumlah cairan segera dikurangi.
Larutan RL ditukar dengan larutan NaCl (0.9%) : glukosa (5%)
dengan 3 : 1
KRITERIA MEMULANGKAN PASIEN 39

Tidak demam selama 24 jam tanpa

antipiretik
Nafsu makan membaik
Secara klinis tampak perbaikan
