transfer pasien dengan trauma
center yang terverifikasi

TRIASE
• Triase adalah cara pemilahan penderita berdasarkan kebutuhan terapi dan
sumber daya ayng tersedia
• 1 Penderita mencari masalah penderita/selection of problems
• Penderita banyak mencari/pemilahan penderita yang paling bermasalah
(ABC)
• 2 Jenis Keadaan Triase
Jika RR semakin bertambah/sesak cari penyebabnya apa (inspeksi, auskultasi, perkusi dan
palpasi) apakah ada kecurigaan terhadap masalah breathing yang dapat mengancam jiwa

UPDATE TRAUMA THORAX
• Modifikasi kondisi trauma
thorax yang mengancam
nyawa (life-threatening
thoracic injuries)
• Flail chest tidak masuk
kategori, dan digantikan oleh
tracheobronchial tree injury
NEEDLE DECOMPRESSION
• Dewasa: ICS 4 atau 5, antara garis mid-axila
dan axila anterior
• Anak: tetap, ICS 2 garis mid-clavicular

FINGER DECOMPRESSION
SIRKULASI DENGAN KONTROL
PERDARAHAN
• Perdarahan penyebab utama kematian pasca bedah
• Pengenalan syok wajah pucat dan kulit ekstemitas yang pucat serta
dingin, merupakan tanda-tanda syok; Nadi (arteri femoralis, arteri carotis)
tanda syok nadi kecil dan cepat
• Kontrol Perdarahan
• 1) Perdarahan eksternal penekanan langsung pada luka, cek nadi dan
akral
• 2) perdarahan internal perbaiki volume untuk mencegah syok lebih lanjut,
Pelvis gurita, Femur bidai, toraks konsul dokter (torakotomy),
abdomen dan retroperitonium konsul dokter bedah (laparotomy)
Menggambarkan prognosis
EXPOSURE
• Gunting pakaian dan lihat jejas/cedera yang mengancam, kemudian
cegah hipetermia selimut
TAMBAHAN PADA PRIMARY
SURVEY
• F=Folley catheter lihat kontraindikasi
• Tidak dipasang apabila terdapat ruptur uretra :
• 1) pada laki-laki ada darah di OUE, scrotum hematom, RT prostat
melayang
• 2) pada wanita keluar darah dari uretra, hematom perineum
H= heart monitor waspada terhadap aritmia yang mengancam, puse oxymeter (saturasi
normal)
I=imaging pemeriksaan radiologi pada lokasi cedera yang terindikasi

• Log roll head to toe, finger on every orifice (nilai BTLS: Bentuk, Tumor, Luka,
Sakit)

• Tatalaksana definitive
• Dokumentasi dan informed concern
• Persiapan rujukan
