sehingga dapat dibuat sebagi suatu jadwal

• Menentukan kapasitas yang diperlukan untuk

memproduksi suatu produk
• Input yang diperlukan adalah : BOM dan Routing Files
• Perhitungan standard hours = [set up time/lot size] +
run time

 Langkah Perhitungan RCCP

•Berdasarkan BOM & Routing , hitunglah rata-rata standard hours per unit

(run time/unit) + (set up time/ukuran lot)

•Menghitung BOC setiap produk pada masing-masing departemen yang dilalui

•Berdasarkan MPS menghitung RCCP

Total ( standard hours/unit setiap WC x MPS per periode)
