 Apakah Discovery itu?

Discovery simply means

DISCOVERY

“ To Know Something you didn’t know

before”
 Belajar melalui penemuan terjadi apabila
siswa memperoleh informasi baru tentang
DISCOVERY

bagaimana menyelesaikan suatu masalah

atau tugas dan kemudian
menyelesaikannya secara mandiri.

Jadi, Pengalaman tersebut bersifat

individual.
 Yang lebih penting lagi daripada
DISCOVERY

memperoleh informasi baru, dengan

belajar melalui penemuan siswa
memperoleh cara-cara baru untuk mencari
jawaban, berdasarkan pada observasi dan
deskripsi
 Apakah inquiry itu?
INQUIRY

“ Inquiry is the careful and systematic

method of asking questions and
seeking explanations”
INQUIRY

atau
 Scientific inquiry refers to the diverse
INQUIRY

ways in which scientists study the natural

world and propose explanations based on
the evidence derived from their work.
 Inquiry also refers to the activities of
INQUIRY

students in which they develop

knowledge and understanding of
scientific ideas, as well as of how
scientists study the natural world.
 Jadi, antara discovery dan inquiry erat
sekali hubungannya
