Riwayat Perjalanan Penyakit

Sejak usia 1 minggu, anak mengalami kejang kelojotan. Sehari antara 1-2 kali, durasi 5 – 7 menit,
kejang berupa kelojotan pada seluruh tubuh, mata mendelik ke atas (+), lidah tergigit (-). Setelah
kejang pasien tidak sadar dan lemah. Riwayat demam (-), batuk (-), pilek (-). Kejang muncul tiba-tiba
dan tidak ada pencetus. Anak tidak dibawa berobat.

Saat usia 2 bulan, keluhan kejang berulang semakin sering dengan frekuensi 3 - 4 kali sehari, durasi
5 – 7 menit, kejang berupa kelojotan pada seluruh tubuh, mata mendelik ke atas (-), lidah tergigit (-).
Pasien kemudian berobat ke RSUD dan dirawat di PICU selama 20 hari. Awalnya pasien
direncanakan pulang, namun serangan kejang muncul lagi. Pasien kemudian dirujuk ke RSMH.
 Riwayat bayi lahir tidak langsung menangis, APGAR score 5/9. Bayi
Riwayat Penyakit dirawat di NICU selama 3 hari karena sepsis neonatorum
