 Pakan buat cupangnya apa dari mulai
indukan sampe ke benihnya

Indukan : ncu, jentik nyamuk

Burayak umur 4-7 hari : infuseria
Burayak umur seminggu-3 minggu : kutu air atau
daphnia moina

Bagus untuk pertumbuhan karena mengandung

gizi yg mencukupi untuk cupang. Untuk ukuran
mulutnya juga sesuai.

Diumur 1 minggu diberi kutu air diselingi sama

cacing sutra.
 Umur 1 bulan sampai indukan bisa memakan
keduanya (daphnia, moina, pelet, cacing sutra).

Indukan didapatkan dari seorang teman, lalu dikawin silang.

 Upaya yang dilakukan untuk
mencegah penyakit atau parasit

Salah satunya perawatannya sama seperti ikan yg lain

tetapi lebih ekstrim. 3 hari sampai 1 minggu airnya diganti,
lalu tiap pagi dari jam 7-10 ikan dijemur setelah itu dimasukin
lg ke dalam ruangan dan diberi daun ketapang.
Ada berapa tenaga kerja didalam farm lu? Struktur organisasi dan
kualitas juga kuantitas tenaga kerjanya bagaimana?

Tenaga kerja di farm mas dimas ada 4 orang. Ada bagian

pemijahan, orang yg mengurus bagian pemijahan. Ada bagian
pembesaran dan pendederan sampai ikan2 panen. Ada bagian
penjualan atau biasa disebut reseller. Yg ke 4, bagian
administrasi yg mendata ikan masuk dan ikan keluar. Secara
kualitas kinerja pekerjanya bagus. Untuk kuantitas untuk saat ini
sudah cukup, tapi ada niatan untuk menambah pekerja.
Kebersihan di lokasi sudah bagus. Jika ada sampah lgsg
dibuang. Untuk alat yg digunakan steril.

Lokasi untuk cupang bisa dimana saja, yang penting sarana dan
prasarananya memadai. Ruangan pemijahan haruslah ruang yg
tertutup dari sinar matahari. Suhu ruangan tidak boleh panas
karena bisa menyebabkan kematian pada ikan cupang. Juga
dibutuhkan tempat yg jauh dari banyak orang.

Konstruksi akuarium ikan cupang berada di dalam rak besi

disusun dengan rapih.
