 Apa itu Investasi danTrading ?
 Investasi adalah aktivitas membeli saham dan menyimpannya dalam jangka waktu yang panjang
biasanya lebih dari 1 tahun dengan mengharapkan adanya keuntungan di masa yang akan datang.

 Trading dalam bahasa dagang yaitu perdangangan.orang yang menjalankan trading disebut trader.
Mereka menjual saham pada harga rendah kemudian menjualnya di harga yang lebih tinggi mereka
memanfaatkan selisih dari harga beli dan harga jual tersebut untuk dijadikan sebagai keuntungan
(capital gain).
 Perbedaan Investasi dan Trading
Investasi
Investasi Saham dilakukan oleh Investor
Pada pasar saham, investasi dapat
diartikan sebagai kegiatan membeli
saham dan kemudian disimpan dan
dijual kembali nantinya
Investor tidak terpengaruh dengan
adanya fluktuasi harga saham
karena mereka berespektasi bahwa
harga saham akan kembali kepada
harga sebelum turun atau bahkan
menjadi lebih tinggi.
Trading
Trading Saham dilakukan oleh Trader
Dalam bahasa dagang,
istilah trading disebut perdagangan.
Yaitu kegiatan menjual saham pada
harga rendah kemudian menjualnya
di harga yang lebih tinggi.
Trader sangat terpengaruh oleh
fluktuasi harga saham.karena
Trader memanfaatkan fluktuasi
harga untuk mendapatkan
keuntungan dari selisih beli jual
tersebut.
 Investasi
Strategi yang digunakan para
investor yaitu dengan memilih
emiten yang fundamentalnya bagus
Buy and hold adalah prinsip dasar
seorang investor. Mereka akan
menyimpan investasi dengan
jangka waktu lebih dari 1 tahun.
Risiko yang terdapat pada investasi
adalah risiko counter party dan
risiko partial fills.
Trading
Trader memfokuskan strategi
mereka pada sentimen dan kondisi
pasar dibandingkan performa
emiten saham yang mereka beli.
Prinsip dasar
seorang trader adalah buy and sell.
Mereka akan selalu memanfaatkan
fluktuasi harga untuk mendapatkan
keuntungan dari selisih beli jual
tersebut.
Risiko trading yaitu, risiko capital
loss 
 Kesimpulannya, perbedaan investasi dan trading
adalah, jika investasi bertujuan menciptakan
kekayaan dalam jangka panjang dengan membeli
perusahaan bagus dan menahannya untuk jangka
waktu lama, maka trading bertujuan menghasilkan
keuntungan dengan sering membeli dan menjual
saham.
