 Keadaan Nutrisi Ibu Hamil
Gizi dan Nutrisi ibu hamil merupakan hal penting
yang harus dipenuhi selama kehamilan berlangsung.
Resiko akan kesehatan janin yang sedang dikandung
dan ibu yang mengandung akan berkurang jika ibu
hamil mendapatkan gizi dan nutrisi yang seimbang.
Oleh karena itu, keluarga dan ibu hamil haruslah
memperhatikan mengenai hal ini. Gizi atau nutrisi ibu
hamil kondisinya sama saja dengan pengaturan gizi
mengenai pola makan yang sehat.
Nutrisi yang Baik Selama Kehamilan
Selama kehamilan, anda memasok semua nutrien untuk bayi
anda yang sedang berkembang, yang beratnya kira-kira
mencapai 3,5-3,75 kg pada saat lahir. Sistem pendukung
kehidupan bayi anda (plasenta, rahim, membran cairan, dan
pemasok darah ibu) bertumbuh selama kehamilan, berkembang
sesuai yang dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya yang
meningkat. Sehingga sang ibu harus memenuhi nutrisinya
sesuai dengan kebutuhannya dan sang bayi

Selain menjadi sumber bagi kalori dan zat pembangun,
pembentukan darah dan sel merupakan salah satu fungsi
protein. Protein dibutuhkan oleh ibu hamil dengan jumlah
sekitar 60 gram setiap harinya atau 10 gram lebih banyak dari
biasanya. Protein bisa didapatkan dari kacangkacangan,
tempe, putih telur, daging dan tahu.
 KARBOHIDRAT
Kebutuhan energi untuk ibu dengan kehamilan normal perlu
tambahan kira-kira 80.000 kalori selama 280 hari, hal ini
berarti perlu tambahan ekstra sebanyak kurang lebih 300
kalori setiap hari selama kehamilan.Contoh Kabohidrat
sumber energi utama bagi ibu hamil adalah antara lain: Nasi,
roti ,Sereal , Gandum .
 ASAM FOLAT
Asam folat sangat penting bagi perkembangan otak
dan sistem saraf janin yang berkembang selama minggu
pertama kehamilan.
Mengurangi risiko kelainan bawaan pada janin,
misalnya gangguan perkembangan otak dan saraf tulang
belakang.asam folat terdapat pada Sayuran hijau , Hati ,
serealia ,kacang-kacangan, jeruk.
 KALSIUM

Kalsium meningkatkan mineralisasi rangka janin dan gigi-gigi. Janin

membutuhkan kalsium 66% lebih besar selama timester ketiga (saat gigi-gigi
terbentuk dan pertumbuhan rangka terjadi paling cepat) dibanding pada awal
perkembangannya. Kalsium juga disimpan dalam tulang-tulang ibu sebgai
cadangan untuk memproduksi ASI.
ZAT BESI
Zat besi diperlukan untuk memproduksi
hemoglibin( protein pembawa oksigen dalam darah).
Karena volume darah meningkat 50% selama
kehamlian, hemoglobin dan konstituen darah lainnya
juga harus meningkat. Selama enam minggu terakhir
kehamilan, janin akan menyimpan zat besi dalam
jumlah yang memadai dalam harinya untuk
memenuhi kebutuhannya pada tiga atau enam bulan
pertama kehidupan. Makanan kaya zat besi : daging
sapi ,ikan ,kacang-kacangan dan almond sarapan sereal
