1. Tugas Kementerian Negara Republik Indonesia

Keberadaan Kementerian Negara Republik Indonesia diatur secara tegas
dalam Pasal 17 UUD Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 yang
menyatakan:
1. Presiden dibantu oleh menteri-menteri negara.
2. Menteri-menteri itu diangkat dan diberhentikan oleh presiden.
3. Setiap menteri membidangi urusan tertentu dalam pemerintahan.
4. Pembentukan, pengubahan, dan pembubaran kementerian Negara diatur
dalam undang-undang.
b. Kementerian yang mempunyai tugas penyelenggaraan urusan tertentu dalam
pemerintahan untuk membantu presiden dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan
negara dengan upaya pencapaian tujuan kementerian sebagai bagian dari tujuan
pembangunan nasional:
1. Kementerian Agama
2. Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia
3. Kementerian Keuangan
4. Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan
5. Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi
6. Kementerian Kesehatan
7. Kementerian Sosial
8. Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan
9. Kementerian Perindustrian

A. Konstitusi UUD NRI Tahun 1945

Konstitusi merupakan hukum yang paling tinggi serta

fundamental dengan tujuan untuk mencapai dan mewujudkan
tujuan tertinggi bernegara.
Dalam konteks Negara Indonesia, tujuan tertinggi bernegara
adalah seperti yang tertuang dalam pembukaan UUD NRI
Tahun 1945, yakni:
• Melindungi segenap bangsa Indonesia dan seluruh tumpah
darah Indonesia
• Memajukan kesejahteraan umum
• Mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa
• Ikut melaksankan ketertiban dunia
