Manajemen pemasaran rumah sakit merupakan mata rantai yang penting dalam rangka keseluruhan pemasaran rumah
sakit. Rumah sakit yang pada mulanya berorientasi sebagai produsen produk dan jasa, mulai berorientasi pada pemasaran.
Rumah sakit mulai menempatkan kebutuhan, keinginan dan harapan pasien terhadap produk dan jasa sebagai nilai
pelayanan yang harus dipenuhi. Menurut Kotler (1996), pemasaran merupakan kunci untuk meraih tujuan organisasi yang
lebih efektif dari pada pesaing karena memadukan kegiatan pemasaran untuk menetapkan dan memuaskan kebutuhan dan
keinginan sasaran pasar.

sakit adalah dengan menerapkan manajemen komunikasi pemasaran pelayanan rumah sakit kepada masyarakat.

menjawab kebutuhan dari masyarakat dalam bidang kesehatan.
