Definisi

Pelayanan gawat darurat merupakan

bentuk pelayanan yang bertujuan untuk
menyelamatkan kehidupan penderita,
mencegah kerusakan sebelum
tindakannya atau perawatan selanjutnya
dan menyembuhkan penderita pada
kondisi yang berguna bagi kehidupan.
Komponen Gawat
Darurat
Ada 3 fase pelayanannya yaitu:

a. Sistem pelayanan Pra Rumah Sakit, sistem

pelayanan di Rumah Sakit dan sistem pelayanan antar
Rumah Sakit. Pada sistem pelayanan medic pra
rumah sakit terdapat public safety center atau Desa
Siaga, Brigade Siaga Bencana, Pelayanan Ambulance,
Komunikasi. Ambulan dan masyarakat awam yang
belum digarap secara serius oleh pemerintah..
b. Sistem pelayanan kesehatan di rumah
sakit. Dalam pelaksanaan sistem pelayanan
kesehatan di rumah sakit yang diperlukan
adalah penyediaan sarana, prasarana, dan
SDM yang terlatih. Semua hal tersebut
diatas harus tersedia unit kerja yang ada di
RS.

 Tujuan Pelayanan Gawat Darurat

Kondisi pelayanan gawat darurat dapat terjadi

dimana saja, baik pre hospital maupun in hospital
ataupun post hospital. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari
pertolongan gawat darurat dalam kaitannya dengan
rentang kegawatdaruratan dapat terbagi menjadi 3
yaitu:
a. Pre-Hospital

Dalam rentang kondisi hospital ini dapat terjadi

dimana saja serta dalam setiap waktu, maka
peran serta masyarakat, awam khusus. ataupun
petugas kesehatan diharapkan dapat melakukan
tindakan penanganan kondisi kegawatdaruratan
yang berupa:
1) Menyingkirkan benda-benda berbahaya di tempat kejadian
yang berisiko menyebabkan jatuh korban lagi, misalnya
pecahan kaca yang menggantung atau dicurigai masih
tendapat hom. Petugas kesehatan hanya boleh memberikan
pertolongan apabila kondisi sudah aman dari risiko jatuhnya
korban berikutnya.

2) Melakukan triase atau memilah dan menentukkan kondisi

korban. gawat darurat serta memberikan pertolongan
pertama sebelum petugas kesehatan yang lebih ahli dating
untuk membantu..
3) Melakukan fiksasi atau stabilisasi sementara.

4) Melakukan evakuasi, yaitu korban dipindahkan

ke tempat yang lebih aman atau dikirim ke
pelayanan kesehatan yang sesuai kondisi korban.

5) Mempersiapkan masyarakat, awam khusus dan

petugas kesehatan melalui pelatihan siaga
terhadap bencana.
b. In Hospital

Pada tahap ini, tindakan menolong korban

gawat darurat dilakukan oleh petugas
kesehatan. Di rumah sakit pada umumnya
ditolong oleh petugas kesehatan di dalam
sebuah tim yang multi disiplin ilmu. Tujuan
pertolongan di rumah sakit adalah adalah
1) Memberikan pertolongan profesional kepada
korban bencana sesuai dengan kondisinya.

2) Memberikan bantuan hidup dasar dan hidup

lanjut.

3) Melakukan stabilisasi dan mempertahankan

hemodinamik yang akurat.
4) Melakukan rehabilitasi agar produktivitas
korban setelah kembali ke masyarakat
setidaknya setara bila dibanding sebelum
bencana menimpanya.

5) Melakukan pendidikan kesehatan dan melatih

korban untuk mengenali kondisinya dengan
segala kelebihan yang dimiliki.
 c. Post Hospital
Tujuan diberikan pelayanan dalam rentang post-hospital adalah:

1) Mengembalikan rasa percaya diri kepada korban.

2) Mengembalikan rasa harga diri yang hilang sehingga dapat tumbuh dan
berkembang.

3) Meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialisasi kepada orang-orang terdekat dan

masyarakat yeng lebih luas.

4) Mengembalikan pada permanen sistem sebagai tempat kehidupan nyata

korban

5) Meningkatkan persepsi terhadap realitas kehidupanya pada masa yang

akan dating
