Definisi Halusinasi
Halusinasi adalah salah persepsi terhadap stimulus eksternal
sehingga menyebabkan bias persepsi daripada defisit
persepsi. Seseorang yang mengalami halusinasi memiliki
kesadaran yang jelas bahwa sensasi tersebut tidak ada dalam
pikirannya.
Mengapa bisa terjadi halusinasi?
Halusinasi merupakan rangsangan ambigu, emosional dan harapan kognitif pada
seseorang. Halusinasi dapat terjadi ketika seseorang menafsirkan suatu jawaban yang hanya ingin
dia dengar. Hal ini dapat membuat individu tidak dapat membedakan antara halusinasi dan realita.

Halusinasi disebabkan oleh 2 faktor yaitu predisposisis dan presipitasi ;

Jenis-jenis Halusinasi
a. Halusinasi Pendengaran (suara)
Halusinasi ini merupakan halusinasi yang paling umum. Biasanya orang yang
mengalami halusinasi ini, ia mendengar suara yang tidak nyata seperti
mendengar suara ketika tidak ada yg berbicara.
b. Halusinasi Visual (penglihatan)
Halusinasi ini melibatkan hal yang tidak nyata seperti, objek, bentuk, manusia.
c. Halusinasi Tactile (sentuhan)
Halusinasi ini seperti merasakan sentuhan atau gerakan pada tubuh yang tidak
nyata.
d. Halusinasi Olvactory (penciuman)
Halusinasi ini mencium bau yang tidak ada atau yang orang lain tidak
menciumnya.

Penatalaksaan terapi pada pasien dengan gangguan halusinasi pendengaran yaitu ;
