MENSTRUASI
 DEFINISI MENSTRUASI
Menstruasi adalah pelepasan dinding rahim (endometrium) yang
disertai dengan pendarahan dan terjadi secara berulang-ulang setiap
bulan kecuali pada saat kehamilan.Menstruasi merupakan luruhnya
dinding dalam rahim yang banyak mengandung pembuluh darah
(BKKBN, 2017).
Peristiwa ini terjadi setiap bulan yang berlangsung selama kurang
lebih 3-7 hari, jarak satu haid ke haid berikutnya berlangsung kurang
lebih 28 hari ( antara 21-35 ) tetapi pada masa remaja biasanya
siklus ini belum teratur (BKKBN,2017).
SIKLUS MENSTRUASI
Menurut Prawirohardjo (2014), pada tiap siklus haid dikenal tiga masa utama :

1.Masa haid ,selama 2-8 hari. Pada waktu itu endometrium

dilepas.sedangkan pengeluaran hormon ovarium paling rendah
(minimun).
2. Masa proliferasi ,sampai hari ke 14 pada waktu endometrium
tumbuh kembali disebut juga endometrium mengadakan proliferasi
antara hari ke 12 dan ke 14 di mana dapat terjadi pelepasan ovum dari
ovarium yang disebut ovulasi.
3. Masa sekresi, pada waktu itu corpus rubrum menjadi corpus luteum
yang mengeluarkan progesteron.
1.Faktor Hormon
Hormon-hormon yang memengaruhi terjadinya haid
pada seorang wanita yaitu:
● Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) yang
dikeluarkan oleh hipofisis.
● Esterogen yang dihasilkan oleh ovarium.
● Luteinizing Hormone (LH) yang dihasilkan oleh
hipofisis.
● Progesteron yang dihasilkan oleh ovarium.
 2.Faktor Enzim
Enzim hidrolik yang terdapat
dalam endometrium merusak sel
yang berperan dalam sistem
protein, yang mengganggu
metabolisme sehingga
mengakibatkan regresi
endometrium dan perdarahan
3.Faktor Vaskular
Saat fase proliferasi, terjadi pembentukan sistem
vaskularisasi dalam lapisan fungsional
endometrium.Pada pertumbuhan endometrium ikut
tumbuh pada arteri-arteri, vena-vena serta saluran-
saluran yang juga menghubungkan dengan arteri,
dan akhirnya terjadi nekrosis dan perdarahan
dengan pembentukan hematoma baik dari arteri
maupun vena.
4.Faktor Prostaglandin
Endometrium mengandung
prostaglandinE2 dan F2.Dengan
adanya desintegrasi endometrium,
prostaglandin terlepas dan
menyebabkan kontraksi miometrium
sebagai suatu faktor untuk
membatasi perdarahan pada haid.

a.Amenorrhea
Amenorrhea adalah tidak adanya menstruasi.
Kategori amenorrhea primer adalah jika wanita di usia
16 tahun belum mengalami menstruasi, sedangkan
amenorrhea sekunder adalah yang terjadi setelah
menstruasi. Secara klinis, kriteria amenorrhea adalah
tidak adanya menstruasi selama enam bulan atau
selama tiga kali tidak menstruasi sepanjang siklus
menstruasi sebelumnya
