 Definisi KLB Keracunan Pangan

Berdasarkan Permenkes Nomor 2 tahun 2013 yang

dimaksud dengan KLB keracunan pangan adalah suatu
kejadian dimana terdapat dua orang atau lebih yang menderita
sakit dengan gejala yang sama atau hampir sama setelah
mengonsumsi pangan, dan berdasarkan analisis epidemiologi,
pangan tersebut terbukti sebagai sumber keracunan.
 PENYEBARAN

Berdasarkan data yang tercatat di Ditjen P2P, Jumlah

kejadian KLB Keracunan Pangan tahun 2016 adalah 106 kejadian
dengan 4161 kasus dan CFR 0,48%. Data KLB Keracunan Pangan
dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016 berturut-turut adalah (312,
233, dan 306, 164, dan 106) kejadian. Angka kematian tertinggi
terjadi pada tahun 2016 dengan nilai Case fatality Rate (CFR)
0,48% yang berarti terdapat 1 orang meninggal di setiap 200
korban KLB keracunan pangan. Data di atas menunjukkan KLB
Keracunan Pangan masih tinggi di setiap tahunnya. Hal ini
menggambarkan masih belum optimalnya penanggulangan KLB
Keracunan Pangan.

Gejala neurologik (gangguan penglihatan, perasaan melayang,

05 pembengkakan kelenjar limfe)

Gejala alergik (wajah memerah, gatal-gatal)

 ETIOLOGI

Secara umum etiologi keracunan pangan disebabkan

oleh bahan kimia beracun (tanaman, hewan, metabolit
mikroba) kontaminasi kimia, mikroba patogen, non bakteri
(parasit, ganggang, jamur, virus, spongiform
encephalopathies)
Teknik penetapan etiologi
keracunan pangan
1. Wawancara dan pemeriksaan fisik terhadap
kasus-kasus yang dicurigaib.
2. Distribusi gejala-tanda kasus-kasus yang
dicurigaic.
3. Gambaran epidemiologid.
4. Pemeriksaan pendukung,
5. termasuk laboratoriume.
6. Penarikan kesimpulan
 PENYELIDIKAN EPIDEMIOLOGI

Penyelidikan epidemiologi KLB Keracunan Pangan bertujuan untuk:

‐ Mengetahui agen penyebab KLB Keracunan Pangan, gambaran epidemiologi dan
kelompokmasyarakat yang terancam keracunan pangan, sumber dan cara terjadinya
keracunan pangan.‐ Menentukan cara penanggulangan yang efektif dan efisien.
