Neurologic Formulation
Patient 78 years old male, Javanese, right-handed, former pedicab
driver with a past medical history in undeniable. Coming up with low
back pain, limb weakness after he felt 15 hours before hospitalization.
On physical examination found the patients awareness of compos
mentis, blood pressure is 140/100 mmHg, low back pain, flaccidity at
inferior extremity, with propioseptic disturbance at limb. Presentation
two point discrimination and disturbance location position that lead to
lesion in spinal cord.
This is consistently with transversal spinal cord lesion becaused
traumatic,
with
possible
diagnosis
spondilolistesis,
compression
