Dari output di atas, konstanta dan koefisien persamaan regresi linear

diperoleh dari kolom B, sehingga persamaan regresi: Y = 0,061 + 0,097X. Dari hasil
analisis diperoleh thit = 5,120 dan p-value = 0,001/2 = 0,0005 < 0,05 atau H0 ditolak.
Dengan demikian, “Kualitas bimbingan berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas tesis
mahasiswa.”

Uji signifikansi persamaan garis regresi diperoleh dari baris Regression
kolom ke-5, yaitu Fhit (b/a) = 26,214 dan p-value = 0,001 < 0,05 atau H0 ditolak.
Dengan demikian, regresi Y atas X adalah signifikan atau kualitas bimbingan
berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tesis mahasiswa.

Uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi diperoleh dari tabel Model Summary.

Terlihat pada baris pertama koefisien korelasi (rxy) = 0,875 dan Fhit = (Fchange) =
0,766 dengan p-value = 0,001 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian,
koefisien korelasi X dan Y adalah berarti atau signifikan. Sedangkan koefisien
determinasi dari tabel di atas terlihat pada kolom ke-3, yaitu R square = 0,766 yang
mengandung makna bahwa 76,6% variasi variabel kualitas tesis mahasiswa
dipengaruhi oleh kualitas bimbingan.

dan Ranking PLPG = 89. Selanjutnya pada tabel Test Statistic, baris Mann-Whitney U
diperoleh harga U = 11 dan p-value = 0,027/2 = 0,0135 < 0,05 atau H0 ditolak, sehingga
Portofolio lebih rendah dibandingkan PLPG. Dengan demikian, kinerja guru yang lulus
sertifikasi model PLPG lebih baik daripada yang lulus portofolio.
