Interpretasi Hasil :
Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat dilihat bahwa H1,H2,H3 dan H4 diterima. Sehingga
hasil menunjukkan bahwa Loyalitas mampu menjadi variabel mediasi antara pengaruh Gaya
Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja.
