HOTEL BUDGETTING SASAK BEACH RESORT

Sasak Beach Resort adalah hotel resort berbintang 4 yang berada di kawasan
Gili Trawangan. Resort ini berada di Jl. Klp. Gili Trawangan No.58 , Gili Indah,
Pemenang, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat.83352. Lokasi ini
letaknya sangat strategis di pulau ini, dan tempat ini berada di dekat pantai Gili
Trawangan. Hotel kami ini memiliki luas 30.000/m2, dengan luas bangunan sebesar
20.000/m2 , untuk memulai membangun hotel “ Resort” kami ini, kami meng-
investasi uang ke Bank Bri sebesar Rp./// , harga tanah di Lombok Utara tepatnya
Gili Trawangan Tahun 2020 ini harganya cukup lumayan mahal yaitu Rp.
3.000.000;/m2 , dan harga bangunannya itu se besar Rp. 4.500.000;/m2 .

Hotel Resort kami memiliki berbagai fasilitas berbintang yang ada di

Lombok Utara, fasilitas yang kami sediakan itu ialah Kamar dengan 126 , dan 4
kamar cottage dengan 6 jen is kamar, ruang meeting sebanyak 2 ruangan dengan
kapasitas 40/pax, Rinjani Restaurant yang bertema classic dengan sajian variasi
menu, Restaurant Seafood pun yang menyajikan makanan laut seperti ikan, udang,
dll, Senggigi Bar&Lounge yang berada di tepi pantai yang memiliki pemandangan
yang sangat eksotis pada sore hari menjelang malam hari, dengan suasana yang
santai, dan Bale Jajar Lounge yang berada di lantai 4. Selain fasilitas tersebut,
terdapat ada fasilitas penunjang/ lainnya yang berbintang yaitu, Pool and Beach
Resort kami,dengan pasir putih yang lembut, Private Jet Sky, Fitness Center, Spa,
dan Movie Room. Dalam mewujudkan fasilitas- fasilitas yang berbintang, harus
memiliki interior dan fasilitas yang super lengkap dan mewah, dengan sesuai tag/
motto kami “ Excellent Serve to the Guest ”pasti harganya cukup mahal
memerlukan investasi dana pula seperti tanah dan bangunan untuk awal
