TENTANG PELAYANAN INFORMASI AERONAUTIKA
(AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION SERVICES).
Pasal 1
Ketentuan mengenai Peraturan Keselamatan Penerbangan
Sipil Bagian 175 (Civil Aviation Safety Regulation Part 175)
tentang Pelayanan Informasi Aeronautika (Aeronautical
Information Services) tercantum dalam Lampiran yang
merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Peraturan Menteri
ini.
Pasal 2
Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara melakukan
pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan Peraturan Menteri ini.
Pasal 3
Pada saat Peraturan Menteri ini mulai berlaku, Peraturan
Menteri Perhubungan Nomor PM 60 Tahun 2015 tentang
Peraturan Keselamatan Penerbangan Sipil Bagian 175 (Civil
Aviation Safety Regulation Part 175) tentang Pelayanan
Informasi Aeronautika (Aeronautical Information Services)
(Berita Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 2015 Nomor 410),
dicabut dan dinyatakan tidak berlaku.
Pasal 4
Peraturan Menteri ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal
diundangkan.

DAFTAR ISI
175.010 Pengertian
Bagian ini menjelaskan tentang:
1. Aerodrome adalah kawasan di daratan dan/atau perairan
dengan batas-batas tertentu yang hanya digunakan sebagai
tempat pesawat udara mendarat dan lepas landas.
2. Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC) adalah
pemberitahuan yang berisi informasi yang tidak dapat
disebarluaskan melalui NOTAM atau untuk dicantumkan
dalam AIP, tetapi berkaitan dengan permasalahan
keselamatan penerbangan, navigasi penerbangan, teknis,
administratif atau legislatif.
3. Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control (AIRAC)
adalah sebuah sistem yang ditujukan untuk pemberitahuan
terlebih dahulu dengan berdasarkan kepada tanggal efektif,
keadaan yang memerlukan perubahan signifikan dalam
praktek operasi.
4. Aeronautical Message Handling Sistem (AMHS) adalah
standar untuk komunikasi aeronautika antara stasiun di
darat (contoh: pengiriman NOTAM, Flight Plan atau data
meteorologi) berdasarkan profil X.400 yang telah ditetapkan
oleh ICAO.
5. AIP Amendment adalah perubahan yang bersifat permanen
terhadap informasi yang terdapat pada AIP.
6. AIP Supplement adalah perubahan sementara dari informasi
yang terdapat pada AIP yang dipublikasikan dengan lembar
khusus.
7. Air Traffic Sermces Reporting Office (ARO) adalah unit
yang berfungsi untuk menerima laporan terkait dengan
pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan dan pengajuan flight plan.
8. Akurasi adalah tingkat nilai yang diukur atau ditampilkan
oleh jasa pelayanan atau fasilitas sesuai nilai sebenernya.

36. Height adalah jarak vertical dari suatu level, titik atau suatu
objek yang dipertimbangkan sebagai suatu titik yang dihitung
berdasarkan data tertentu.
37. Heliport adalah sejenis aerodrome atau area tertentu yang
digunakan sepenuhnya atau sebagian untuk kedatangan,
keberangkatan dan pergerakan helicopter.
38. Informasi Aeronautika adalah informasi yang didapatkan
dari pengumpulan, analisa dan pemformatan data
aeronautika.
39. Integritas (Data Aeronautika) adalah tingkatan atas suatu
jaminan bahwa data aeronautika dan nilainya tidak hilang
atau berubah/diubah sejak awal data tersebut diterbitkan
atau sejak dilakukan perubahan yang telah mendapat
otorisasi.
40. Jaminan Mutu adalah bagian dari manajemen mutu yang
berfokus memberikan jaminan terhadap pemenuhan
persyaratan mutu.
41. Kantor NOTAM Internasional adalah suatu unit yang
ditentukan untuk melakukan pertukaran NOTAM secara
Internasional.
42. Kawasan Identifikasi Pertahanan Udara [Air Defence
Identification Zone (ADIZJ\ adalah ruang udara tertentu di
atas daratan dan/atau perairan yang ditetapkan bagi
keperluan identifikasi pesawat udara untuk kepentingan
pertahanan keamanan negara.
43. Kawasan Udara Berbahaya (Danger Area) adalah kawasan
ruang udara yang membahayakan aktifitas penerbangan
pesawat udara yang bersifat sementara atau waktu tertentu.
44. Kawasan Udara Terbatas (Restricted Area) adalah Kawasan
udara dengan pembatasan bersifat tidak tetap dan hanya
dapat digunakan untuk operasi penerbangan tertentu
(pesawat udara TNI).
45. Kemampuan Penelusuran (Traceability) adalah kemampuan
untuk melacak sejarah, aplikasi atau lokasi dari segala
sesuatu hal yang dipertimbangkan.
46. Kendali mutu adalah bagian dari manajemen mutu yang
berfokus pada pemenuhan persyaratan mutu.

175.045 Metadata
a. Metadata harus dikumpulkan untuk proses dan titik
pertukaran data aeronautika. Metadata yang terkumpul harus
diterapkan pada seluruh mata rantai data dan/atau informasi

f. Negara lain yang bukan anggota ICAO atau entitas yang ingin
mendapatkan data aeronautika dan informasi, aeronautika
termasuk elemen paket informasi aeronautika terpadu, dan
dokumen navigasi penerbangan lainnya, dalam bentuk kertas
dan/atau bentuk digital, harus melalui perjanjian tersendiri
dengan Direktur Jenderal dan/atau penyelenggara pelayanan.
g. Penyelenggara Pelayanan harus melaporkan kegiatan
pertukaran Paket Publikasi Informasi Aeronautika Terpadu
yang dilakukan dengan Negara anggota ICAO kepada Direktur
Jenderal.
19. perubahan dalam seri atau distribusi NOTAM, edisi baru atau
perubahan besar dalam isi, ruang lingkup atau format pada
buku AIP;
20. informasi lain yang serupa.
d. Ketentuan lebih lanjut mengenai AIC diatur dalam Peraturan
Perundangan.
175.205 NOTAM
a. NOTAM harus dibuat dan dipublikasikan untuk
mendistribusikan informasi yang bersifat sementara dan
berdurasi pendek atau perubahan permanen yang penting
untuk operasional penerbangan, atau perubahan sementara
berdurasi panjang yang memerlukan pemberitahuan segera
kecuali informasi yang berisikan teks yang Panjang atau
bergambar.
b. Sebuah NOTAM harus dibuat dan dipublikasikan berkaitan
dengan informasi berikut:
1. Penetapan, penutupan atau perubahan penting pada
operasional bandar udara/heliport atau landas pacu;
2. Penetapan, penutupan atau perubahan penting pada
operasional pelayanan kebandar udaraan (AGA) atau
pelayanan navigasi penerbangan (AIS, ATS, CNS, MET, SAR)
atau pelayanan lain yang terkait dengan operasional
penerbangan;
3. Penetapan, penghapusan, dan perubahan penting dalam
kemampuan operasional pelayanan komunikasi radio
navigasi penerbangan dan pelayanan komunikasi air-
ground. Ini termasuk:
a) gangguan atau kembali beroperasinya suatu layanan;
b) perubahan frekuensi;
c) perubahan jam pelayanan yang diberitahukan;
d) perubahan identifikasi;
e) perubahan orientasi (directional aids);

f) perubahan lokasi;
g) kenaikan/penurunan daya sebesar 50% atau lebih;
h) perubahan jadwal siaran atau isi atau ketidakteraturan
atau tidak dapat diandalkan operasional radio
navigasi; dan
i) pelayanan komunikasi darat.
4. Penetapan, penghapusan atau perubahan penting pada alat
bantu visual;
5. Gangguan atau kembali beroperasinya komponen penting
dari sistem penerangan bandar udara (Aerodrome Lighting
Sistem).
6. Penetapan, penghapusan atau perubahan berarti pada
prosedur pelayanan navigasi penerbangan;
7. Kejadian atau perbaikan kerusakan besar atau ganguan
pada area manuver.
8. Perubahan dan pembatasan ketersediaan bahan bakar,
pelumas dan oksigen.
9. Perubahan besar pada fasilitas dan pelayanan SAR yang
tersedia;
10. Penetapan, penghapusan atau pengoperasian kembali
lampu/ sinyal bahaya yang menandakan ada rintangan
yang harus diperhatikan untuk navigasi penerbangan;
11. Perubahan peraturan yang memerlukan tindakan segera,
misalnya daerah terlarang dikarenakan kegiatan SAR;
12. Kegiatan berbahaya yang berpengaruh pada navigasi
penerbangan (termasuk obstacle, latihan militer, display,
lomba atau terjun payung);
13. Pendirian, pemindahan atau perubahan tanda rintangan
terhadap navigasi penerbangan di area take-off/climb,
missed approach, approach dan runway strip;
14. Penetapan atau penghapusan (termasuk aktivasi atau
deaktikvasi) sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada, atau
perubahan status daerah terlarang, terbatas atau
berbahaya;
15. Penetapan atau penghapusan bagian wilayah/area dimana
ada rute atau sebagian dari padanya dan dimana frekwensi
emergensi VHF 121.5 MHz dikehendaki/diberlakukan;

175.250 Basis Data Pemetaan Bandar Udara-Isi Paket dan Struktur Data
a. Isi dan struktur dari Paket Data Pemetaan Bandar Udara harus
dijelaskan dalam bentuk skema dan daftar bentuk.
b. Paket Data Pemetaan Bandar Udara harus berisi Pemetaan
Bandar Udara yang terdiri dari tampilan bandar udara.
c. Tampilan Bandar Udara terdiri dari keterangan dan informasi
secara geometri, yang disimbolkan dalam bentuk, banyak garis
atau banyak sudut.
d. Metadata Pemetaan Bandar Udara harus sesuai dengan
standar Metadata informasi geografis.

Gambar Appendix A -l. Data Terrain pada permukaan Area 1 dan Area 2
1. Dalam daerah yang dicakup pada radius 10 km dari ARP, data terrain
harus dikumpulkan dan dicatat sesuai dengan persyaratan area 2.
2. Dalam daerah antara 10 km dan batas TMA atau radius 45 kilometer
(manapun yang lebih kecil), data terrain yang menempuh batas
horizontal 120 m diatas elevasi runway terendah harus dikumpulkan
dan dicatat berdasarkan persyaratan area 2.

2. Pada bagian area 2 dimana operasi pesawat dilarang karena terrain yang
sangat tinggi atau pembatasan dan atau peraturan lokal lainya, data
obstacle harus di kumpulkan dan dicatat sesuai dengan persyaratan
area 1.

1. Data terrain dan obstacle yang diperpanjang lebih dari setengah meter
(0.5 m) diatas batas horizontal yang melewati titik terendah pada area
pergerakan bandara atau heliport harus dikumpulkan dan dicatat.
2. Dara terrain dan obstacle dalam area 3 harus di kumpulkan dan dicatat
berdasarkan persyaratan yang terdapat dalam tabel pada Tambahan
(Appendbc) B.

When the AIP is produced as one volume, the preface, record of AIP
Amendments, record of AIP Supplements, checklist of AIP pages and list of
current hand amendments appear only in Part 1 — GEN, and the annotation
“not applicable” must be entered against each of these subsections in Parts 2
and 3.
If an AIP is produced and made available in more than one volume with each
having a separate amendment and supplement Service, a separate preface,
record of AIP Amendments, record of AIP Supplements, checklist of AIP pages
and list of current hand amendments must be included in each volume.
1) General
Information on regulations applicable to all types of operations along the
lines shown in the example is often helpful and should, where applicable, be
included hereunder.
2) Scheduled flights
General. Provide the information that will enable any operator to determine
the conditions under which a scheduled Service may be undertaken into or
through the territory of the State. Indicate whether the State is a party to
the International Air Services Transit Agreement or the International Air
Transport Agreement.
Documentary requirements for clearance of aircraft. List all documents
required in connection with the clearance of aircraft, grouped under
“arrival”, “transit” 1 and “departure”. Indicate the number of copies required
with respect to each document and the governmental agencies to which
they are to be submitted. If your government should require information in
addition to or different from that provided in the relevant regulation
regarding Facilitation (FAL) or should require additional or different
clearance documents, specify the information required thereon. Mention
briefly the regulations pertaining to the completion of aircraft clearance
documents. So faras the clearance of the aircraft's load is concerned,
governmentalrequirements should be listed under the respective headings
foritems 3) and 4) (below).
3) Non-scheduled (commercial) flights
Procedures. Specify the procedures to be followed by an operatorof non-
scheduled (commercial) flights. Where prior permission2 fortaking on or
discharging passengers, cargo or mail is required,State name and address of
the governmental department to whichthe application must be submitted,
the deadline by which theapplication must be received prior to the aircraft's
arrival,information required on application, etc.
Documentary requirements for clearance of aircraft. Unless
theserequirements differ from those applied to scheduled flights, areference
to the information supplied under GEN 1.2 above willsuffice.
4) Private flights
Advance notification of arrival. Provide information concerningadvance
notification of arrival, in particular whether the informationcontained in a
flight plan is accepted by the authorities as adequateadvance notification of

GEN 3.3.4 Coordination Between the Operator and Air Traffic Services
General conditions under which coordination between the operator and air
traffic Services is affected.

Indicate the designated meteorological authority and, if appropriate, the
Service provider(s) to whom provision of the Service has been delegated by
the meteorological authority.

specifying the area and conditions, when (OPR HR) and where to be used, if
applicable;
The radiotelephone (RTF) and/or radiotelegraph (RTG) call sign of each unit
given in column 2, followed by an indication of the languages used, in
brackets.
5) Remarks.
Control zones around military air bases not otherwise described in the AIP
must be included in this subsection. Where the requirements concerning flight
plans, two-way Communications and position reporting apply to all flights in
order to eliminate or reduce the need for interceptions and/or where the
possibility of interception exists and the maintenance of guard on the VHF
emergency channel 121.5 MHz is required, a statement to this effect must be
included for the relevant area(s) or portion(s) thereof.
A description of designated areas over which the carriage of an emergency
locator transmitter (ELT) is required and where aircraft shall continuously
guard the VHF emergency frequency 121.5 MHz, except for those periods when
aircraft are canying out Communications on other VHF channels or when
airborne equipment limitations or cockpit duties do not permit simultaneous
guarding of two channels.
This required information may be provided by using one or more of the
following methods:
a) by the graphic portrayal of much, if not all, of the required information;
b) by use of a tabular form (see Specimen AIP); and
c) by a combination of the methods described in a) and b).
Where the information is given either in textual form or in tabular form, and the
lateral limits of an FIR and UIR are the same, the coordinates need not be
duplicated for the UIR; a note to the effect that the lateral limits are the same
as for the FIR is sufficient.

If the operating authority of the facility is other than the designated
governmental agency, the name of the operating authority must be indicated in
the remarks column.
Note 1.— An obstacle whose height above the ground is 100 m and higher is
considered an obstacle for Area 1.
AD 1. AERODROMES/HELIPORTS — INTRODUCTION
AD 1.1 Aerodrome/Heliport Availability and Conditions of Use
AD 1.1.1 General Conditions
Brief description of the State’s designated authority responsible for aerodromes
and heliports, including:
1) The general conditions under which aerodromes/heliports and associated
facilities are available for use; and
2) A statement concerning the ICAO documents on which the Services are
based and a reference to the AIP location where differences, if any, are
listed.
AD 2. AERODROMES
Table AD 2 comprises a detailed description of aerodromes for use by scheduled
or non-scheduled, commercial or noncommercial (private) air Services for
traffic, technical or divisionary purposes.
The relevant information must be listed and numbered in the following
sections, subsections and their subdivision.
Note.— **** is to be replaced by the relevant ICAO location indicator.
1) Cargo-handling facilities;
When cargo-handling facilities are limited, the number and types of
equipment and the weightlifting capacity should be indicated (cranes, fork
lifts, conveyor belts, etc.). When the facilities are adequate to meet
anticipated requirements, this may be indicated by a simple statement such
as “All modern facilities handling weights up to ...” (specify).
2) Fuel and oil types;
The grades of fuel and oil available.
3) Fuelling facilities and capacity;
The types of fuelling equipment and Services available and the discharge
capacity of the equipment (litres per second). Where no limitations exist,
State “No limitations”.
4) De-icing facilities;
5) Hangar space for visiting aircraft;
The hangar space available stated either in terms of the numbers of certain
types of aircraft which can be accommodated, or by a listing of the hangars
available and the dimensions of each. Indicate whether the space is heated
or unheated and any other significant information.
6) Repair facilities for visiting aircraft; and
The type of repairs that can be carried out, i.e. major or minor repairs, and
the type of aircraft which can be handled; the availability of spare parts and
the existence of facilities for changing engines.
7) Remarks.
3) Transportation possibilities;
Indicate transportation facilities available such as buses, taxis, railway,
helicopter or any other Services available at the aerodrome for the
transportation of passengers to and from the city.
4) Medical facilities;
Indicate medical facilities and Services available at the aerodrome including
first aid treatment, hospital or rest rooms, and ambulance(s). When
significant additional Services are available off the aerodrome, they should
also be listed with an indication of the location and distance from the
aerodrome.
5) Bank and post office at or in the vicinity of the aerodrome;
6) Tourist office; and
7) Remarks.
Any other relevant information not covered under this subsection.
**** AD 2.9 Surface movement guidance and control system and markings
Brief description of the surface movement guidance and control system and
runway and taxiway markings, including:
1) Use of aircraft stand identification signs, taxiway guide lines and visual
docking/parking guidance system at aircraftstands;
2) Runway and taxiway markings and lights;
3) Stop bars (if any); and
4) Remarks.
Note 1.— Chapter 10, 10.1.1, provides a description of Area 2 while Appendbc 8,
Figure A8-2, contains graphicalillustrations of obstacle data collection surfaces
and criteria used to identify obstacles in Area 2.

documentation;

8) Supplementary equipment available for providing information on
meteorological conditions, e.g. weather radar andReceiverfor satellite
images;
9) The air traffic Services unit(s) provided with meteorological information e.g.
FIC, ACC and/or RCC.; and
10) Additional information, e.g. concerning any limitation of Service.
Indicate any limitations of Service and any Service not already listed.
As necessary, indicate telephone numbers of the meteorological office
normally providing Service for the aerodrome and any other meteorological
offices providing Service during periods when that office is closed or at
night.

2) True bearings to one-hundredth of a degree;
3) Dimensions of runways to the nearest meter or foot;
4) Strength of pavement (PCN and associated data) and surface of each
runway and associated stop ways;
Reporting method. The bearing strength of a pavement intended for aircraft
of apron (ramp) mass greater than 5 700 kg (12 500 lb) shall be made
available using the aircraft classification number — pavement classification
number (ACNPCN) method by reporting all of the following information:
a) the pavement classification number (PCN);

d) maximum allowable tire pressure category or maximum allowable tire
pressure value; and
e) evaluation method.
The PCN reported shall indicate that an aircraft with an ACN equal to or
less than the reported PCN can operate on the pavement subject to any
limitation on the tire pressure, or aircraft all-up mass for specified aircraft
types. The Standard procedures for determining the ACN of an aircraft are
given in the Aerodrome Design Manual Doc 9157), Part 3.
The following examples illustrate how pavement strength data are reported
under the ACN-PCN method.
Example 1: If the bearing strength of a rigid pavement resting on a medium
strength subgrade has been assessed by technical evaluation to be PCN 80
and there is no tire pressure limitation, then the reported information would
be:

Example 2: If the bearing strength of a composite pavement, behaving like a
flexible pavement and resting on a high strength subgrade, has been
assessed by using aircraft experience to be PCN 50 and the maximum tire
pressure allowable is 1.00 MPa (145 psi), then the reported information
would be:

The bearing strength of a pavement intended for aircraft of apron (ramp)
mass equal to or less than 5 700 kg (12 500 lb) shall be made available by

AD 3. HELIPORTS
When a helicopter landing area is provided at the aerodrome, associated data
must be listed only under **** AD 2.16.
AD 3 comprises a detailed description of heliports designated for use by
helicopters engaged in international civil aviation operations. Normally,
heliports are designated as such by the controlling State under Article 68 of the
Convention. The lack of any formal designation of a heliport should not,

however, preclude the entry of required information. In this context, entries are
left to the discretion of the authorities concerned.
For the format, please see the Specimen AIP in Part 3, Section AD 3.
The relevant information must be listed and numbered inthe following sections,

1. Umum
Kualifikasi (Item Q) dan semua pengidentifikasi (Item A) hingga G) inklusif)
masing-masing diikuti oleh kurung tutup, seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam
format, akan dikirimkan kecuali tidak ada entri yang dibuat terhadap
identifikasi tertentu.
2. Penomoran NOTAM
Setiap NOTAM harus dialokasikan dengan serangkaian identifikasi yang
terdiri dari huruf dan empat digit angka diikuti dengan garis miring dan
dua digit nomor untuk tahun (misalnya A0023/18). Penomoran setiap Seri
NOTAM akan dimulai pada 1 Januari dengan Nomor urut 0001.
3. Q Line
Q) line dibagi menjadi delapan bagian, masing-masing dipisahkan oleh
garis miring. Penjelasan setiap bagian tersebut meliputi:
a. Flight Information Region (FIR)
Jika subjek informasi terletak secara geografis dalam satu FIR,
indikator yang digunakan adalah FIR negara terkait. Ketika sebuah
bandar udara terletak dalam FIR negara bagian lain di atasnya, bidang
pertama dari Item Q) harus berisi kode untuk FIR di atasnya (mis. Q)
LFRR /...A) EGJJ).
Jika subjek informasi terletak secara geografis dalam lebih dari satu
FIR, bidang FIR harus terdiri dari huruf kebangsaan Negara ICAO
dimana NOTAM tersebut berasal diikuti oleh penggunaan "XX".
(Indikator lokasi dari FIR di atasnya tidak akan digunakan). Indikator
lokasi dari FIR yang bersangkutan kemudian akan dijabarkan pada
Item A) dimana menunjukkan pihak yang bertanggung jawwab dalam
penyediaan pellayanan navigasi di lebih dari satu negara.
b. Kode NOTAM
Kode NOTAM terdiri dari lima huruf, dimana huruf pertama selalu
menunjukkan kode huruf Q. Huruf kedua dan ketiga mengidentifikasi
subjek, serta huruf keempat dan kelima menunjukkan status atau
kondisi subjek yang dilaporkan. Kode dua huruf untuk subjek dan
kondisi adalah yang tercantum dalam PANS-ABC (Doc 8400). Untuk
kombinasi huruf kedua dan ketiga, dan keempat dan kelima,

menggunakan acuan pada ICAO Doc 8400 ICAO Abbreviation and Code
dan ICAO Doc 8126 AIS Manual dengan menggunakan kombinasi
sebagai berikut:
a) Jika subjek tidak terdaftar dalam NOTAM Code (Doc 8400) atau
dalam Kriteria Pemilihan NOTAM (Doc 8126), masukkan "XX"
sebagai huruf kedua dan ketiga (misalnya QXXAK);
b) Jika kondisi subjek tidak terdaftar dalam NOTAM Code (Doc 8400)
atau dalam Kriteria Pemilihan NOTAM (Doc 8126), masukkan "XX"
sebagai huruf keempat dan kelima (misalnya QFAXX);
c) Ketika NOTAM yang memuat informasi penting secara operasional
dikeluarkan sesuai dengan Tambahan (Appendvc) C dan ketika itu
digunakan untuk menginformasikan adanya AIRAC AIP Amandemen

d) Ketika NOTAM dikeluarkan berisi daftar periksa NOTAM yang valid
(Checklist) masukkan “KKKK” sebagai huruf kedua, ketiga, keempat
dan kelima; dan
e) Huruf keempat dan kelima NOTAM Code berikut ini akan digunakan
dalam pembatalan NOTAM:

Navigation Warning dan Airspace Restriction, nilai yang dimasukan
harus ssama dengan nilai yang ditulis pada item F) dan G). Jika subjek
tidak memiliki informasi ketinggian yang spesifik, masukan “000” untuk
LOWER dan “999” untuk UPPER sebagai nilai default.

Menunjukkan Location Indicator dari bandar udara atau FIR dimana
fasilitas, ruang udara atau kondisi dari informasi yang dilaporkan tersebut
berasal. Penggunaan lebig dari satu FIR/UIR simungkinkan ketika
diperlukan. Jika tidak terdapat Location Indicator yang sesuai, maka dapat
menggunakan “XX” pada huruf ke 3 dan ke 4 dimana huruf ke-1 dan ke-2
menunjukkan kode nasional negara tersebut dan tetap dijelaskan pada
Item E) dengan Bahasa yang sederhana.
Jika informasi tersebut terkait dengan GNSS, penggunaan Location
Indicator merupakan dimana Bagian atau keseluruhan dari elemen GNSS
tersebut ditempatkan.

Untuk data waktu menggunakn keterangan tahun, bulan, hari, jam dan
menit dalam UTC. Data waktu yang diisi merupakan informasi kapan
NOTAM tersebut mulai berlaku. Untuk NOTAM R dan NOTAM C data waktu
merupakan informasi kapan NOTAM tersebut dikirimkan. Awal hari
ditunjukkan dengan “0000”.
6. ITEM C)
Menunjukkan akhir dari durasi NOTAM, untuk akhir dari hari
menggunakan 2359 tidak menggunakan 2400. Jika informasi tersebut
belum jelas jangka waktunya maka dapat digunakan singkatan “EST”
(Estimate). Setiap NOTAM dengan EST harus dibatalkan atau diperbaharui
sebelum waktu yang ditunjukkan pada Item C) tersebut. Dapat pula
digunakan singkatan “PERM” (Permanent) jika informasi tersebut bersifat
permanen /tetap.

Kuning dan aktivitas gunung berapi telah meningkat secara
signifikan, status gunung berapi saat ini tidak berbahaya
tetapi harus tetap waspada atau setelah proses erupsi
(perubahan tanda menjadi kuning dari merah atau
orange) kegiatan gunung berapi sudah berkurang secara
signifikan tetapi harus tetap waspada.

2.6. Item E - Lebar runway yang dibersihkan dalam meter, jika kurang dari
lebar yang dipublikasikan; jika diimbangi kiri atau kanan dari garis
tengah, tambahkan (tanpa spasi) "L" atau "R”, seperti yang dilihat dari
ambang memiliki nomor penunjukan runway yang lebih rendah.
2.7. Item F - Deposit lebih dari total panjang landasan sebagaimana
dijelaskan dalam Format SNOWTAM. Kombinasi yang cocok dari
angka-angka ini dapat digunakan untuk menunjukkan berbagai
kondisi di atas segmen runway. Jika lebih dari satu deposit hadir
di bagian yang sama dari landasan pacu, mereka harus dilaporkan
secara berurutan dari atas (paling dekat ke langit) ke bawah (paling
dekat ke landasan pacu). Drifts, kedalaman deposito yang jauh lebih
besar dari nilai rata-rata atau karakteristik signifikan lainnya dari
deposit dapat dilaporkan dalam Item T dalam bahasa sederhana. Nilai
untuk setiap sepertiga dari runway harus dipisahkan oleh stroke
oblique (/), tanpa spasi antara nilai setoran dan stroke oblik, misalnya:
47/47/47.

2.8. Item G - Kedalaman rata-rata dalam milimeter deposit untuk setiap
sepertiga dari total panjang landasan, atau "XX" jika tidak dapat
diukur atau secara operasional tidak signifikan. Penilaian harus
dilakukan ke akurasi 20 mm untuk salju kering, 10 mm untuk salju
basah dan 3 mm untuk lumpur. Nilai untuk masing-masing sepertiga
landasan harus dipisahkan oleh garis miring (/), tanpa spasi antara
nilai-nilai dan garis miring, misalnya: 20/20/20.
2.9. Item H - Perkiraan gesekan permukaan pada setiap sepertiga dari
runway (satu digit) dalam urutan dari threshold memiliki nomor
penunjukan runway yang lebih rendah.
Perangkat pengukuran gesekan dapat digunakan sebagai bagian dari
penilaian permukaan landasan keseluruhan. Beberapa Negara
mungkin telah mengembangkan prosedur untuk penilaian permukaan
landasan yang mungkin termasuk penggunaan informasi yang
diperoleh dari alat pengukur gesekan dan pelaporan nilai-nilai
kuantitatif. Dalam kasus seperti itu, prosedur ini harus dipublikasikan
dalam Al P dan pelaporan yang dibuat dalam Item (T) dari format
SNOWTAM. Nilai untuk setiap sepertiga dari runway dipisahkan oleh
garis miring (/), tanpa spasi antara nilai-nilai dan garis miring,

2.10. Item J - Tumpukan salju yang kritikal. Jika tinggi yang dimasukan
dalam sentimeter dan jarak dari tepi runway dalam meter, diikuti
(tanpa spasi) oleh sisi kiri ("L") atau kanan ("R") atau kedua sisi ("LR"),
seperti yang dilihat dari ambang memiliki nomor peruntukan runway
bawah.
2.11. Item K - Jika lampu runway dikaburkan, masukkan "YES" diikuti
(tanpa spasi) oleh "L", "R" atau keduanya "LR", seperti yang dilihat dari
ambang memiliki nomor peruntukan runway yang lebih rendah.
2.12. Item L - Ketika clearance lebih lanjut akan dilakukan, masukkan
panjang dan lebar runway atau "TOTAL" jika runway akan
dikosongkan ke dimensi penuh.
2.13. Item M - Menjelaskan waktu selesai SNOWTAM yang ditujukan dalam
UTC.
2.14. Item N - Kode (dan kombinasi kode) untuk Item F dapat digunakan
untuk menggambarkan kondisi taxiway, masukkan "TIDAK" jika tidak
ada taxiway i/ang melayani landasan terkait yang tersedia.
2.15. Item P - Jika tinggi tumpukan salju lebih tinggi dari 60 cm, masukkan
"YA" diikuti oleh jarak lateral yang memisahkan tumpukan salju (jarak
antara) dalam meter.
2.16. Item R - Kode (dan kombinasi kode) untuk Item F dapat digunakan
untuk menggambarkan kondisi apron, masukkan "TIDAK" jika apron
tidak dapat digunakan.
2.17. Item S - Masukkan waktu yang diantisipasi untuk observasi/
pengukuran berikutnya dalam UTC.
2.18. Item T -Menjelaskan dalam bahasa sederhana informasi yang secara
operasional signifikan tetapi selalu laporkan pada panjang landasan
yang tidak jelas (Item D) dan tingkat kontaminasi runway (Item F)
untuk setiap sepertiga dari runway (jika sesuai) sesuai dengan skala
berikut:
