parabolic, dan masih banyak lagi. Fasilitas produksi DPIA di Perancis
dilengkapi dengan berbagai jenis mesin pembentuk spring parabolic
beserta mesin untuk pemrosesan bahan baku baja untuk menghasil-
kan produk spring ukuran kecil dan menengah. DPIA juga merupakan
salah satu pabrikasi di Eropa yang memiliki kapasitas untuk mempro-
duksi spring untuk gerbong kereta, yang dikenal memiliki tingkat
presisi yang tinggi, dengan berbagai macam jenisnya.

A manufacturer of leaf springs for more than 60 years, DPIA produces

traditional leaf springs, multiple leaf springs, single taper parabolic
leaf springs, and many more.
Equipped with several parabolic rolling mills and several heat
treatment lines in it’s factory in South of France, DPIA company is a
major manufacturer of small and medium sized leaf springs. DPIA also
has a workshop for manufacturing railway leaf springs (springs for rail
cars); known for it’s high precision level, parabolic or traditional, of flat
bar steel or grooved steel, with a hot mounted forged hoop ring.

pengawasan dalam produksi memastikan produk

From steel selection to the finished product, DPIA
monitors the quality of the products that have built
its reputation. By using proven processes and by
controlling each production stage, DPIA guarantees
the conformity of its products.
Key steps, such as heat treatment, are monitored
according to parameters specific to each part type
that were defined through research. The production
staff is involved in maintaining production quality
through self-controls.

The AUGER prototype products and technical drawings are examined with a high-tech
computer infrastructure and simulation-supported programs prior to manufacturing. In
accordance with such intense examinations and results, the product specifications are
clarified and some procedures may be needed by the engineers. Meanwhile, AUGER shows
sensitivity towards Patent registration, and studies the patent situation consequently. The
products determined for patent registration are re-developed by an experienced team with
new and unique designs.
