Petunjuk Pengisian Wawancara :
1. Evaluasi program diklat ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis pendapat
Saudara tentang kualitas penyelenggaraan, tercapainya tujuan diklat, dan terjadinya
pengaruh diklat terhadap cara-fikir, cara-kerja, dan kinerja Saudara, serta perubahan
organisasi dan peningkatan kualitas keluaran dan kinerja instansi tempat Saudara
bekerja.
2. Saudara dimohon menjawab dengan cara memilih dan memberikan tanda (X) pada
