Validitas soal ujian akhir semester ganjil mata pelajaran bahasa inggris kelas XI IPS/IPA

SMA N 5 SELUMA tahun ajaran 2021/2022 diuji dari segi tes secara totalitas melalui
pengujian secara rasional (Logis) dan dari segi jumblah atau butir soal. Secara rasional,
validitas soal dilihat dari segi kesesuaian isi dan reabiliti soal tersebut dengan materi
pelajaran dan indikatornya. Dari hasil analisis, soal ujian akhir semester ganjil mata pelajaran
bahasa inggris kelas XI IPA/IPA telah valid jika dilihat dari segi validitas logis. Soal yang
diujikkan sesuai dengan indikator dan materi yang telah dipelajari oleh kelas XI IPA/IPS.
Dari segi item soal, validitas butir soal ujian akhir semester genap mata pelajaran Pendidikan
Bahasa inggris kelas XI IPA/IPS dianalisis dengan validity, reability dan practicality jika
ketiga kriteria tersebut terpenuhi maka soal dikatakan valid.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis, menunjukkan bahwa butir soal yang valid berjumblah 25 soal
(56%) dan butir soal yang tidak valid berjumblah 30 butir atau 44%. Jadi dapat dikatakan soal
ujian akhir semester ganjil mata pelajaran bahasa inggris kelas XI IPA/IPA kurang dapat
mengukur apa yang harus diukur. Pada criteri hasil yang diterapkan, yakin SOAL
DITERIMA jika jumblah skor 800-100 persen. Soal ujian semester ganjil kelas XI IPS/IPA
SMA N 5 Seluma dapat di validasi dan tidak mencapai tujuan pengukuran yang telah
ditetapkan. Angka yang dicapai untuk keseluruhan soal adalah 56% artinya soal tersebut
belum dapat dikatakan memenuhi ketiga kriteria dalam menganalisis butir soal. Soal dapat
diperbaiki jika jumblah skor mencapai 60-79%, perbaikkan dilakukan pada aspek-aspek yang
belum mencapai skor maksimum. Pada soal nomor 10 ditemukan nilai terendah yakni 71,
dimana belum dapat memenuhi ketika kriteria tersebut sedangkan soal yang mendapat skor
tertinggi adalah soal 1-4 yang mencapai skor 94 . pada butir soal yang di ujikkan tidak
ditemukan soal yang Ditolak/tidak digunakan karena tidak ada soal yang memiliki jumblah
skor 59.

Dapat disimpulkan bahwa butir soal yang diujikkan pada semester ganjil kelas XI IPA/IPS
SMA N 5 Seluma mencapai kategori baik karena mencapai setengah dari angka ketiga
kriteria tersebut namun masih memerlukkan perbaikkan untuk mencapai angka maksimum
dari kriteria pengujian. Kesimpulan yang diambil berdasarkan analisis butir soal ujian akhir
Bahasa inggris kelas XI IPA/IPS merupakan soal yang belum berkualitas baik, hal tersebut
dikarenakan hanya 25 soal yang mencapai maksimum angka dalam kriteria sedangkan 35
soal lainya masih memerlukan revisi signifikan
The validity of the odd semester final exam questions for English class XI IPS/IPA SMA N 5
SELUMA for the 2021–2022 academic year was tested in terms of the totality of the test
through rational (logical) testing and in terms of the number of items of questions. Rationally,
the validity of the questions is viewed in terms of the content's suitability and the consistency
of the questions with the subject matter and the indicators.From the results of the analysis, the
questions at the end of the odd semester English subject for class XI IPA/IPA are valid in
terms of logical validity. The questions tested are in accordance with the indicators and
material that have been studied in Class XI IPA and IPS. In terms of item validity, the items
in the even semester final exam for English Language Education for class XI IPA/IPS were
analyzed using validity, reliability, and practicality. If these three criteria are met, the item is
said to be valid.

Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the valid items are 25 questions (56%) and
the invalid items are 30 items (44%). So it can be said that the questions at the end of the odd
semester English subject for class XI IPA/IPA cannot measure what must be measured. On
the outcome criteria applied, be sure the question is accepted if the total score is 80–100
percent. The odd semester test questions for class XI IPS/IPA SMA N 5 Seluma can be
validated and do not reach the stated measurement objectives. The score for the entire item is
56 percent, meaning that the item cannot be said to meet the three criteria in analyzing the
items. Problems can be corrected if the total score reaches 60–79% and improvements are
made to aspects that have not reached the maximum score. In question number 10, the lowest
score was found, namely 71, which did not fulfill the criteria, while the questions that
received the highest score were questions 1-4, which achieved a score of 94. On the items
tested, there were no questions that were rejected or not used because there were no questions
that had a total score of 59.

It can be concluded that the items tested in the odd semester of class XI IPA/IPS SMA N 5
Seluma reach the "good" category because they reach half of the three criteria but still require
improvement to achieve the maximum score of the testing criteria. The conclusions drawn
based on the analysis of the items on the final exam in English for class XI IPA/IPS are that
the questions are not of good quality. This is because only 25 questions reach the maximum
score in the criteria while the other 35 questions still require significant revision.
