Hasil terdeteksi menunjukkan adanya RNA SARS - COV - 2, Korelasi klinis dengan riwayat pasien dan informasi
diagnosis lainnya diperlukan untuk menentukan status infeksi pasien.
Nilai cycle threshold (Ct) digunakan dalam menentukan terdeteksi atau tidaknya gen target dengan cut off sesuai sistem
yang digunakan. Nila Ct tidak dapat dibandingkan antar gen dan antar sistem. Interpretasi dan pemanfaatan
membutuhkan keahlian klinik.
Pemeriksaan PC mendeteksi materi genetic virus, tidak membedakan antara virus hidup dan virus mati.

Note :
Detected results indicate the precence of RNA SARS-Cov-2, clinical correlation with patiet history and other diagnostic information needed to determine the patient's
infection status.
Cycle threshold (CT) value used in determine whether or not the target gene is detected with cut off according to the system used. CT value cannot be compared
betweend gene and between systems. Interpretation and use requires clinical expertise.
PCR examination detects viral genetic material, does not disting wish between live and dead viruses.
