SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN (TERMS AND CONDITION)

Dengan menandatangani Surat Penawaran ini, Pelanggan menyatakan setuju bahwa terikat kesepakatan sewa menyewa kendaraan dengan seluruh hak dan kewajiban serta bertanggung jawab secara hukum
atas persetujuan syarat dan ketentuan di bawah ini:
(By signing this Quotation, the Customer is bound by the vehicle lease agreement with all rights and obligations and is legally responsible for agreeing to the terms and conditions below):
1. Untuk pemesanan sewa kendaraan baru, penawaran biaya sewa dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu menyesuaikan harga yang diumumkan oleh Dealer.
(For new car rental order, the rental fee offered shall be subject to price announced by the Dealer).
2. Kendaraan yang disebutkan dalam Surat Penawaran ini tergantung pada ketersediaan stok, PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Rent akan menyediakan kendaraan sementara hingga kendaraan yang diminta
tersedia.
3. Term Of Payment (TOP)
30 (tiga puluh) hari sejak tanggal Invoice diterima Pelanggan. (30 (thirty) days after Invoice date received by Customer).
4. Tipe Pembayaran (Payment type)
Transfer ke Rekening Virtual yang dibuat PT MPM Rent untuk Pelanggan.
(Transfers to Virtual Accounts Made by PT MPM Rent for Customers).
5. Jika ada klaim asuransi kendaraan, Pelanggan diharuskan membayar biaya Own Risk sebesar (If there is an insurance claims of the vehicle, the Customer is required to pay the Own Risk cost of):
a. Kecelakaan: Rp 300.000,- per kejadian. (Accident: Rp 300,000 per incident).
b. Kecelakaan yang menyebabkan kerusakan menyeluruh atau pencurian terhadap Kendaraan: sebesar 10% dari nilai pertanggungan.
(Accidents that cause total loss or theft of vehicles: 10% of the sum insured).

LAYANAN (SERVICE) BIAYA PENALTI (PENALTY CHARGES)

1. Perawatan penuh termasuk Towing Service dan Breakdown Service.
(Full maintenance including Towing Service and Breakdown Service).
2. Asuransi pertanggungan komprehensif (Comprehensive coverage insurance)
Third party liability up to IDR 100.000.000/incident)
3. Kendaraan pengganti ketika mobil sewaan sedang diperbaiki melebihi 6 (enam) jam waktu perbaikan.
(Replacement vehicle when rented car is being repaired exceeds 6 (six) hours of repair time).
4. Mendapatkan dokumen STNK; KEUR untuk kendaraan komersial.
(Get a Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK); KEUR for commercial vehicle).
1. Early Termination Penalty:
a. Untuk Sewa Kendaraan Baru (New Car) sebesar 100% (seratus persen) untuk pemutusan sewa
sebelum 12 (dua belas) bulan pertama dan untuk bulan ke-13 (tigabelas) dan seterusnya sebesar
25% (dua puluh lima persen) dari jumlah biaya sewa untuk periode yang tersisa.
(a. For New Car Rental of 100% (one hundred percent) for termination of rental before the first 12
(twelve) months and for the 13th (thirteen) month onwards, 25% (twenty five percent) of the total
rental fee for the remaining period).
b. Untuk sewa kendaraan selain Kendaraan Baru (Non-New Car) sebesar 25% (dua puluh lima
persen) dari jumlah biaya sewa untuk periode yang tersisa.
(b. For rental of vehicles other than New Cars (Non-New Cars) of 25% (twenty five percent) of the
total rental fee for the remaining period).

5. Dukungan 24 Jam dari Contact Center (1500068), Whatsapp (081381500068) - Chat Only 2. Late Payment Penalty:

3. Order Cancellation Penalty:

Pengemudi, Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM), Biaya Parkir, Biaya Tol dan Denda Lalu Lintas.
(Driver, Fuel Parking Fees, Toll Fee and Traffic fine).

Semua syarat dan ketentuan sewa akan ditentukan dalam Perjanjian Sewa Kendaraan (All terms and conditions of rental will be determined in the Vehicle Rental Contract).
