1. Sampel yang dikirim kurang dari jumlah diatas maka tidak dapat mengajukan RETEST PENGUJIAN (jika ada)
(The sample that sent less than the sampel quantity above then it cannot apply for RETEST (if any))
2. Khusus untuk pengujian kadar air, pH, DPPH, jika tidak ada arsip dengan kemasan terpisah maka tidak dapat mengajukan retest
(Especially for testing of water content, pH, DPPH, if there is no archive sample with separate packaging then it cannot apply for a retest)
3. Pengiriman sampel WAJIB disertakan dengan QUOTATION, FORMULIR KONFIRMASI PENGIRIMAN SAMPEL dan SURAT PENGANTAR atau PO
(Sample submissions MUST be included with the QUOTATION, SAMPLE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION FORM and INTRODUCTION LETTER or Purchase
Orders (PO))
4. Bagian penerima sampel (registration@mbrio-food.com) akan mengirimkan NOTA PEMESANAN untuk dikonfirmasi
(The sample registration officer (registration@mbrio-food.com) will send an ORDER NOTE to confirm)
5. Sampel akan diproses sesuai tanggal Nota Pemesanan. Sampel yang diterima sebelum jam 12 akan diproses di hari yang sama, dan sampel yang diterima
setelah jam 12 akan diproses di hari kerja berikutnya. Catatan : hari Sabtu, Minggu, dan hari libur tidak dihitung sebagai hari kerja.
(Samples will be processed according to the date of the Order Note. Samples received before 12 o'clock will be processed on the same day, and samples
received after 12 o'clock will be processed on the next working day. Note: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not counted as working days.)
6. Sampel TIDAK BISA DICANCEL jika NOTA PEMESANAN sudah dikonfirmasi setuju
(Samples CANNOT BE CANCELED if the ORDER NOTES have been confirmed to agree)
7. Order pengujian kurang dari Rp.1.000.000.- dibayar lunas dimuka
(Sales order less than Rp.1,000,000.- paid in full in advance)
8. Hard copy Laporan Hasil Uji akan dikirimkan jika sudah ada pelunasan biaya pengujian
(Hard copy of Certificate of Analysis (CoA) will be sent if there is payment of testing fee)
9. Komplain terkait hasil pengujian hanya bisa dilakukan sebelum RoA dicetak (5 hari kerja setelah Draft RoA dikirim)
(Complaints regarding test results can only be made before the CoA is printed (5 working days after the Draft CoA is sent))
10. Validasi Quotation 3 bulan
(Validation of this quotation is 3 months)
11. Jatuh tempo pembayaran 7 hari dari tanggal Invoice
(Payment due is 7 days from the invoice date)
